Detailed planning has been in train for some time so that we did not lose time once the permits were granted. Accordingly, we are well placed to complete our preparations on site and commence the dewatering exercise within a matter of days.
@TEvan
with respect to Amistoq
It is geologically de-risked
What remains as unknowns are
Sources of finance
debt finance ... should follow PEA, rising interest rates may make this less attractive
EU rare earth finance ... political dependence
Equity raise ... value to existing shareholders is dependent on sentiment
Junior miners have inherent risks and timescales which are lengthier than many private investors realise. A clear picture of the timescales against your own investment goals is important if you intend to Long Time Hold.
Day trading or short term holding is a different matter, which introduces a new dimension of timing risk as people try to buy immediately prior to good news , which may or may not materialise and is prone to spikes and bubbles.
@HotFinance looks like a cargo stop as they are at the container berth.
@scotalba
from memory (and it could be flawed), but at the end of the consultation period last time around, the responses of the consultations were published on nrw website. They were basically letters of no objection from the statutory authorities. Odd that this time around there is no such documents have been uploaded.
£200k pa return to ALBA ... for a life of about 10 years values the investment at around £1.3M
In the past our slice had a book value of £4M
Personally if someone (Angus or UKOG) offered us £1.3 M for our share of Horse Hill, then I would snap it up. That money is better invested in a GROC capital raise and or Clogau development
yes as i thought, orders being filled - late reported trades
significant buys 10k, 32k, 10k. 40k === 92k shares
+78% in one day, from an "on their ****" market position
@21p so £19,320 worth of shares
a relatively small volume all told.
nevertheless a blip from where they've fallen
The timescales from end of consultation period to verdict the last time was a few weeks from memory
I very much doubt that we would have to wait any longer (nor shorter) than that
Its certainly not going to be 3 years from this point onward
I suppose that before the geological model was constructed from the drilling, then there would have been more uncertainty with respect to the targeting of exploration. On the other hand, the need to dewater llechfraith shaft was almost a certainty.
I hope they've learnt from this
