With respect to the assay results, is it my understanding and please correct my if I am wrong, that the lab results which are to be released all at one time, pertain to the fieldwork that has recently been completed and not the sum of what has recently been completed and the work planned in the next phase.

Is this the consensus of understanding ?

"Its mining", well no, the samples, drill cores and bulk samples have already been collected, so its lab work only now.

I'd note that there seems to be an unusually high number of low value trades going through, so "sea of " has a lot less meaning than it would for most shares.

Whereas GF has previously stated that the assay results of the september exploration will be announced all at one time, then it would be useful to announce a date when that is scheduled to put an end to a creeping suspicion that they are being delayed to dilute bad news with potential better future news.

The caveat is that 'visible gold' is easily confused with iron pyrite. There are simple tests to determine which it is. The iron pyrite are however commonly found in proximity to gold bearing quartz.

The M/cap is pure silly when you consider we could be extracting upto 500,000 ounces of gold in the area worth £750million

Look at our Greenland assets absolutely nothing priced in there when compared to sector peer bluejay who are on the adjacent Greenland site next door and have a m/cap of £72m!!

Crazy cheap at this level, but on a strong continuing re rate now the mining operations at clogau have finally commenced and the company is now fully funded.

Great time to be joining at this early stage before all the above starts to get priced in over the coming weeks and months

Disgusting the amount of late reporting of large trades. As far as I am concerned, trading information, is relevant share price sensitive information and should be available to all equally in an orderly market. This is MM manipulation, once more.

As he says he bought in at 0.08p so he's made a handsome profit. Perfectly understandable to take some profits, though, with such a handsome gain, it must be tempting to leave some of the gains as retained shares to run their course.

My guess is that the Assay results will be out in about 2 weeks or so.

There's been no real information for a few weeks other than the signidicant risk of the site investigation being delayed through covid is past. It would be nice to have some information confirming that the samples for this phase are at the lab and giving an indication on when the results can be expected

Kion, yes I totally agree that bringing a project to fruition brings a great deal more credibility and stability to a company than constant marketing and abandoned or dormant projects.

When I worked in geotechnical engineering many years ago it was about a week for preliminary results and 2 weeks for full interpretive report. I'm expecting the results mid October. However, it may be that the samples have been sent down in several consignments, so analysis may have been going on in parallel with sampling. What I did read from Alba is that all the results will be released in one complete announcment, so I think it will be nearer mid OCtober

I dont know if they have bought it, but they're standard quarrying / mining equipment that can be readily hired.

Its correct of course that mining predates the formation of the national park. However new permissions would be needed for new mining

There are a few quite gigantic structures within the National Park. As far as I can see as long as there is little change to the outward appearance, little pollution, job creation for local people then they are agreeable to it. The surface trenching is purely exploratory, they will be reinstated after they have been logged. I doubt opencast workings would be acceptable, I certainly wouldn't support that. The plan is deep mining and extraction from stopes. If you are in the area, the Dinorwig pump storage scheme makes an excellent visit (marketed as Electric Mountain). I'd also pay a visit to Dolau Cothi gold mine in the South West of Wales, particularly the Victorian workings to see an example of extraction from stopes, following veins.
