furthermore, given the amount of extract solvent that has had be left in the product without MSAR then the Asphalt ridge mine is virtually untenable for anything other than asphalt for roads without it. All parties are aware of that.

I'd point out that the JV partners were almost falling over themselves to make out that they had signed MSAR rights agreement , which they later had to clarify / retract.

As far as I can see there's about 20 weeks of cash left without having to do another placing. I really hope the board aren't planning a little "news management" in order to gather enthusiastic buyers for Bergen's shares from their conversions following a cash raise.

So no ... I disagree ... enough is known to sign. If you really need to run additional tests on the soon to be completed plant's feedstock, its starting up in days ... how long do you really need to test it with MSAR process ?

I'd add that the product coming from the plant was very viscous unless some of the solvent was left in it, which severely eroded margins. With the addition of an MSAR facility then the viscosity can be reduced but with the solvents being recovered. The additives being water and a small quantity of clever chemicals. A licence fee would be payable to Quadrise for the MSAR licence.

There is no need to wait until trials are over to nail this deal. From a shareholders point of view credibility in being able to close a commerical deal is more important than the particular margin of the first commercial deal.

I notice Tomco have had a little boardroom shake up in anticipation of taking the company to the next level.

Significant upward SP movement will only occur when new groups of shareholders come into the market following the removal of some uncertainty due to news. I would hope, that since the Bergen facility is terminated that a clear pathway to breakeven trading is announced at the same time. I suspect that a media splash is planned to be coordinated with the release of significant news , including, but not restriced to the assay results. I suspect that MMs will try some tree shakes in the meantime, so really, you as a shareholder need to take a view on the value of each grade and volume and how that should be reflected in the SP, both immediate and medium term. I've already posted by thoughts on the matter which was quite a careful analysis with the comparable scotgold operation and making the conservative assumption that there is no premium on the gold. A company with a clear credible pathway to profitability is a totally different investment proposition to that which this company was only 6 months ago.

The following is pure conjecture :
I speculate that a JV venture partner for Clogau may be announced near the same time as the assay results putting the company on a clear credible path to profitability.

Although it makes not a jot of difference to the financial standing to the company a share consolidation to improve the markets perception of the share, from highly speculative penny share to something more credible and investable. 1:100 would be suitable which would make a 100 x 1p share (what i expect the immediate jump to be on assay results) a 100p share.

It is a raw material which has many end uses. The important thing is its market price over the life of the mineral source extraction.

I believe that the company can be valued as the sum of its projects as they have little interdependence now it is likely we would be able to raise conventional finance for exploration of Greenland etc.

I'm going through each project in turn, but as Clogau is the most fluid I have revisited my estimate by making some comparison of future revenue streams with that of an already functioning British gold mine in an environmentally sensitve area , operated by Scotgold. Given that much can go wrong between substantially complete assay results then I would look at the immediate impact on share price being about 50% of the 12 month impact on the share price.

Yes warrant holders can sell at any time, however, if I was a warrant holder then when I would decide to sell then only then would I exercise the warrant and I would sell the ensuing share on the same day, so I wouldn't need to commit capital to it. By that reasoning, I believe that most warrant holders sell soon after exercising.

The figures are number of shares / warrants as opposed to cash

Petroteqs plant is what produces the product, the revenue from its sales will be split in some wY between Petroteqs, greenfield (valkor and tomco) and quadrise assuming msar being used. What lies on the critical path of the broader project is the plant's commissioning.

If the technology can be proven as economic then it could be rolled out to tomcos other leases

didnt angus oil just buy a stake in Brokham ? I'd be tempted to offload our interests there, it just seems to be a bit of a mire
