Indeed and topline profit to Kodal is, based on current $2370 pt and 0.83 $ to £, £320m for DMS over 4 years then £821m for full flotation based on 2019 mining code ie kodal has 44.1 per cent. Some tasty numbers 👌

I think the latter only king, without a doubt the new company has been created (if they lied about this they would be in a lot of trouble). It’s just that that link and the mining license website is never updated.

I’ve been re reading RNSs in detail and I think there are 2 outstanding items. Firstly we know the license has to be transferred over from Future Minerals SARL but secondly the change notification needs to be approved by the DNGM (this was a bit of grey area for me). Found the below sentence…it is required for the DMS operation. Hopefully not too much longer.

“The Mining Code has provision for a Change Notification which is required for obtaining approval for the DMS option”.

It’s the wrong ticker it should be LLL but Google is showing LLLAF, not sure why. As lav has said it’s definitely suspended.

Also let’s be clear you’re not the sharpest tool and haven’t done any research. Kodal using current lithium prices based on current 1.94mt of spod and current resource should attain £400m profit DMS and £1bn for floatation so rather short sighted of you to say we can’t get to $300m 🤦🏻‍♂️

Roger your deramping is clear here, and getting rather tiresome. Using DATA we went from 0.4 to 0.88 with funding hype. Using the same ratio let’s assume 0.45, would go to 0.99. That’s without any massive upgrade in resource nor any gold. So why don’t you just sell and go away?

Yep I also think the deal will definitely be done. Why would Hainan pull out when they’re building a huge processing plant? They absolutely need a lithium feed and if they pulled out chances are would take a lot time to secure another lithium source. I believe the hold up is the transfer of the license. As mercman said the one positive is I can top up further (considering Hainan are due to pay 0.5 anything sub this is amazing imo). 17 trading days max to wait…I hope…

The problem is roger that your post is purely negative. How about a balanced view ie bcn shareholders were screwed over, this might happen here, but on the flip side their irr was 26 per cent (kod is 91), albemarle have had 3 rejected bids for liontown showing strength in a long term market etc. we don’t all see this through rose tinted glasses, we use data. Yes there are risks, it’s AIM, but the rewards here are huge.

Also let’s not forget the BOD here are massively incentivised to get Kod to production.

Damn that’s a shame…oh well nevermind!
