Been speaking to them again after hours, response as follows: "When it comes to such corporate actions we rely on our intermediary to execute them and then we reflect them on the platform. As soon as the terms of the event are finalised we will reflect the changes on the platform accordingly."

Switching off for the evening, but it seems there have been issues across multiple platforms today. Hopefully things will shake out tomorrow.

I spoke to T212 this lunchtime - a person, rather than a bot - as my shares still appear as before. Response from them was "The share consolidation and transition from Greatland Gold to Greatland Resources was scheduled for 8AM today, but sometimes these processes can experience slight delays due to administrative or market factors. Typically, such transitions complete within the same trading day; however, if you don't see the update reflected by the end of today, please let me know."

Just re-listened to the VSA chat (100625). Sounds to me like the next update from the panel will be in 2-3 months, with a further timetable thereafter.

A quick search of 'legal bifurcation':

"Bifurcation aims to streamline legal processes by isolating specific issues for determination, potentially reducing the overall time and cost of the proceeding."

Looking at the RNS history, the panel sat for their first tribunal hearing on 16th Dec, and on 29th Jan issued instructions including PAT issuing the SoC by May 16th - 6(ish) weeks, including the festive break.

That 29th Jan RNS states "...the tribunal has issued further orders covering the next phase of the proceedings extending through 2025, including an order that IGPL shall issue its Memorial, including the Statement of Claim, on or before 16 May 2025." I'm unsure if the "next phase of proceedings" concluded at the issue of the SoC, or if there are other subsequent orders which are not yet in the public domain.

Either way, there's not a lot Panthera can do or update shareholders on until the tribunal orders otherwise.

I appreciate that we've generally put this back in the bottom drawer as the respondents consider the SOC. However, I recall someone saying that Mark is over in London this month - is this correct please? If so, any idea on his agenda?

For some reason the message omitted my description of Mark allowing himself a small smile before regaining his poker face and responding.

Mark: "Look, I won't speculate on what the Government of India and it's representatives may choose to do..."

He knows. We know.

The respondents have 4-6 months to digest and get back to the arbitration panel with their initial counter argument. Without being party to the information presented to them, I can only imagine that they will be able to determine pretty quickly:

1. The strength of the case against them

2. Whether they believe the chances of success for Panthera are greater than a coin toss

If so, I'd imagine they'll start talking to Panthera (if they haven't already) and get their cheque book out.
