He's been pretty bang on with his predictions thus far.

It'll be short, factual and won't give anything away. Something along the lines of:

"We have been informed by the court that the respondents have submitted their response to our Statement of Claim submission. We will consider the response and will provide our feedback to the courts on/before date X."

It's going to be when the defence's response is issued on or before 27th Feb
