No investment = no growth or income or jobs. I hope he is'nt a hardened communist and does not see this. There have to be carrots for the mining houses, surely? I think we first need to see what the 30 day "public feedback" delivers and of course the Chamber of Mines and bigger mining houses. Meanwhile the ZAR is slipping to 14! The world feels unsafe and volatile to me and I would not be surprised to see gold/silver rally significantly soon. I worry about emerging markets or SA.

The bit I am waiting for is Steve Garwin's "Hand Model" where the 50,000m have hopefully drilled into the palm of that hand at Cascabel, deeper down than the fingers, the results we already know about.
