I note the USD has strengthened, but what may the reason be for a 22USD dip in POG. Elsewhere, signs of strain on the US economy as car sales tank. Surely, these interest rate rises are going to have an adverse effect on the US economy? One does not know which numbers to believe! All considered, PAF has held up well.

Feels like forever! But, hey ho! We know this will go up, just needs snippets of good news and POG to (constantly) climb to 1300 by year end, LOL! Had a look at my cumulative dividend and it looks satisfying!

POS quoted above 17 today. Doug Casey says silver is the "most hated" at the moment as there is a net short position of 40,000 trades, an all-time high. Apparently speculative traders get crowded like this just before the trend changes. These very same traders could be forced to buy silver if it rises enough and that could act as rocket fuel for POS. Could this be a massive short squeeze? Let's see how HOC's sp responds, all interestting, imho! GLA

Gentle little tick UP again this afternoon! Where is that VAT, LOL? That would be a bonus. Guess the sideways movement of POG must come to a halt at some point and hope the trigger for direction is towards 1400. All eyes on the FED but, looks like US Interest Rates will go up as inflation is around the corner!

Yeah, agree. The sideways grind is far better than a continual decline in precious metals. I sincerely hope it means we are near the bottom waiting a for trigger to reach that predicted 1400 in POG before end of the year? That would be exciting for precious metals investors, LOL! Also there was much written about a silver rally not too long ago. Old news now and did not happen although POS has kept above 16 during the last month or longer. To talk about "triggers" when we are so manipulated makes me sick, LOL! I am happy here with PAF relatively speaking. Still waiting for that Miners Charter. Note, the DRCongo, ignored the presentations from the larger miners before releasing theirs! Hope there is some common sense in SA?

13,34 quoted today and showing red. POG 1294. PAF continues to move upwards daily settling lower at the end of the day. The sideways movement of precious metals is now tedious as I guess we wait for the FED to decide on their interest rate. Reading between the lines, Cyril is not an entrenched leader with wide ranging powers but hampered by a well rotted to the core anc, LOL! Elinkhulu production really just around the corner!

Once I am in the Blue here, I do like the daily swings and surely PAF can only go up? (Or will it not, LOL!). As I am not day trading, considering giving that a go. Immediate future, bar the mining charter, looks good for a positive result here. 6,54% up today is better than many other miners!

One of the few Gold shares I follow that has not declined the end of this last week. Sure to move up with news or with POG going above 1300 towards 1400!

Same old side-ways movement! Up a bit then down a bit! Looks like POG needs to hit a proper low before we will see genuine upward movement on precious metals. There was a reminder of the US debt somewhere I read this morning - more than 21 Trillion and growing daily! Could this eventually cause a flight to real value (gold and silver)?
