I think it will be at least another month yet - this is a major deal with a lot of assets to account / merge and potentially sell including the expected legalities and personal changes - but very confident it will be worth the wait -

There isn’t my cash burn - they are cash flow efficient from producing oil and gas and also have 1987 well service contracts

Incredible it’s drifted so low - compared to the likes of sxx £400 mil mkt and billions still needed to get it out of the ground.

Our product is already out of the ground and ready go to one of the biggest most needy markets in the world on its doorstep - with an estimated 100 years of product presuming peak supply in the near future - what’s not to like ?
