But do you really think ‘the famous 5’ would rather botch the chance to close a Big deal for Attis that would clearly help make the company worth multiples of its current SP - as well as the options and recovering lost value on their current 0.12 and 0.14p investments in preference to deliberately delaying and obstructing at all cost to simply call in a small 420k loan with 10% interest for a lien or full claim on 2 fields of negligible value ?

But on a serious note I do respect you, despite your mostly negative outlook to AOGL - balance is always needed. But don’t you think it’s at least logical to surmise a deal is already on the table with the target company and Attis are simply checking out other options before penning the deal ?

That’s the way I’ve always worked in business - AOGL holds a strong hand all these companies are squeezed profits wise AOGL has the answer as well as the practical side

We got rid of CW Production and well management is at break even, they have new acerage ready to drill next spring with loads of other options and excellent leadership. If a lawyer is stating they are talking to 3rd parties the 2nd party by logic must still be involved somewhere

We can all draw our own conclusions as to how this is progressing - but I should expect that if the deal was dead we would know by now because that is the Paolo style. I know absolutely nothing further that is useful to add apart from the fact he has always been prompt in responding after major RNS announcements and not before which leads me to believe such is pending - good luck to us all we deserve it :-)

June was transformational we reached 110 boepd for the first time ever - if that’s not transformational compared to the likes of BPC MATD BLOE with negligible production compared to their 25 to 50 mil mkt caps I don’t know what is - Unfortunately the market has simply not yet recognised this along with the massive potential just around the corner

Exactly that’s why it’s a MOU with NDA attached - majority of aim happy to ramp potential MOU towards Jv targets because there’s nothing more than hope to add. This target specifically wants time to fully asses without the risk of been jazumped by another hungry JV partner from dozens in this area - I guess 20 plus mil can go a long way

Interesting how you come to that conclusion Stalin - We producing around 110 boepd - have nearly 2000 well management contracts, cash flow positive and the first 4 drills at red Cave already financed with RBL lined up for the next 4 wells (for some CW departure a bonus) yes this potential JV will defo help further - but if not there’s plenty of other opportunities.

Because of its past losses and new leadership Attis now a massive attraction for JV’s to larger companies - it’s not a ramp it’s fact

Yes great couple of days but keep in mind Attis was a good company with a great turnaround story 4 months back when the SP was 0.14, which should really have been an absolute rock bottom price.

A fairer current rock bottom price in comparison to the likes of UKOG, MATD, BPC, BLOE ought to be at least 1/3 to 1/2 of their current mkt caps - which would be 10 to 15 mil - but of course that’s only my opinion

As management and as a Board, all we can do is try to move things along in the right direction with the resources we have at hand. Believe me, it’s not particularly pleasant every day, but we tend to forget where we came from and what we accomplished in one year. I, for one, am proud of the work that was done by the whole team, even if the share price isn’t reflective of that work.

You’re right, you can’t please everyone. Then again, I believe that trying to please everyone is tied into a fear of failure and I have no room for that in my life.
