Ii platform useless - I had to use my Halifax account to buy online, hopefully get a good chunk at a discount but very much doubt it’ll dip down far before strong recovery, this will be up / blue in a flash the dilution is almost irrelevant and only a positive

Yes it’s coming - all about what’s in the ground and exactly where it is strategically (Greece / EU) scarcity - critical need and most importantly timing (technology and military)

For me the Germanium and Silver can stay in the ground for another year if needs be as Germanium value will be at least 20% higher than now (53% up since January 2024) https://strategicmetalsinvest.com/germanium-prices/

Silver also up 15% since Jan 25 (40% since January 24) not forgetting the Gold JV with Sunshine Metals in Australia (Gold 29% up since January 25)

It’s in the ground, getting more valuable by the day and won’t devalue because it can’t be duplicated - copied - reinvented or stolen

As I said previously this stock moves up and down rapidly on small volume due to the low free float - I’m pretty sure at least 60% still in very sticky hands including smaller holders like myself - JC21 others plus i believe there’s also a telegram group jointly holding around 5%

When the permits land it shoots up and continues to climb on expectation of great results - anything else positive like funding - JV (or other) turns up and £50 mil mkt cap in a breeze

I’m still holding a few as yes massive potential - what concerns me is the cash position I appreciate the directors aren’t taking wages, but less than 6k last accounts is beyond concerning = the dreaded p——-g

I’m not up on this stock so cam anyone in the know please shed light on this ?

If there was a genuine leak of positive news we would have seen lots of £10 / £20k plus buys and the SP would have finished at least 100% up - yes the gold in Aussie is a company maker in itself but the Molaoi assets is the millionaire maker for many here with sizeable holdings due to its a critical nature and strategic position

Placing ? forward selling ? because of yesterdays rise what a load of crap - yesterdays rise was purely down to a few buys 80k worth x £30k sells, that’s how fast this stock moves (in either direction) due to the extremely low free float - there were absolutely no trades of any substance yesterday to suggest a leak.

There was a buy of 14 million on the 30th May but again hardly a buy of substance

Apologies to put a damper on either positive or negative hopes, I’m sure there will be news soon and yes possibly Monday, but nothing from yesterdays trading indicates it, just a few traders and momentum chasers finally recognising some bottom line value from the 30th May report

Yes there’s headroom to raise up to 72.8% of the share capital before 30th June but unless it’s at least a premium of 20% to the current SP it won’t be happening now and would be also be totally out of character and logic to do so. Like most others Rock ramps before placings

Yes the silence is both deafening and also very compelling the Greek Molaoi asset is potentially now worth billions alone and if so will definitely be taken out by a major - that’s why so much of this stock is in sticky hands

BTW I’m a 1% holder here with an average of around 15.1p so well under water too with absolutely no intents to sell, there’s a good few other holders posting here in deep under water too , so there won’t be a lot of selling below 14p once news drops

Obviously with the market value now so low your not currently going to be raising £3 million before 30th June with the available headroom unless it’s at a premium and it’s quite clear that the drilling permits you so enthusiastically stated would not be a problem obtaining quickly due to all the friendly cooperation in the area are indeed now proving a challenge / or other

I invested in ROCK, because I understood there was potentially a world class essential rare earths resource in the EU Greece Molaoi that would be easy to mine due to local friendly cooperation and the resource shallowness

I must advise that if you choose not to provide any further clarity to the market the share price could fall further making it even harder to raise the £3 million finance you may need before 30th June 2025

Our / your company is an explorer - to be a miner / producer will require 100’s of millions - surely you’re not considering this ?

At this point you should be reaching out to the likes of Metlen energy and metals who list on LSE shortly to JV in and help take this forward, I’m sure there will be many others too including US companies who need these resources so badly

The only information I can provide to you is that our non-drilling work is continuing whilst we await the approval of our permit to drill. I can definitely assure you that the delay being experienced has nothing to do with social acceptance or local opposition to our planned drilling.

I'm still holding around 1% and if it drops to 1p again I'll take more - just not much to say, everything seems to be cooking away nicely all the indications something big is brewing and they cant do another placement without the prospectus of the RTO target

Less than £1 million cap very few shares around, should really be trading around 2p and could easily do 500% plus in a day with the right news
