It’s very difficult to take any reliable assumptions from what trump says as things change with him on a daily basis - the bottom line is China will not under any circumstances even consider letting the US have the rare earth metals they need unless they either agree to drop all the current trade tariffs (a trump no go) or perhaps offer major concessions in other areas - to use the Trump saying ‘China holds the cards’ and until the US can locate exactly what they need elsewhere in abundance there’s no reason for China to relent on this - as they too are quietly mobilising to defend a potential future war with the US so need badly these precious earths and metals

Remember the export ban is too the whole world (apart maybe Russia North Korea ect)

In the meantime Europe / Nato are also mobilising to defend a full blown future war with Russia and other potential enemies, so recognise it’s absolutely essential to secure their own supply of rare metals and earths in particular the Germanium that’s needed to produce the high tech weapons needed

The developed world is unfortunately now locked into an ever increasing rearming cycle spiral that’s currently out of control

All indications a large buy is getting worked through

PS - the reason they gave up 75% of plateau gold Australia in the Sunshine JV to fully concentrate on Molaoi Greece shouldn’t be underestimated too - they know what’s in there - potentially world class resource in the EU

I do feel that I gave him a very easy loaded opportunity to deny any connections with metlen and he did go to elaborate lengths to make clear there was absolutely no local environmental and government opposition to getting the drill permit and the last update did mention that they were exploring multiple options for financing and other help, which potentially responded to my question and fundraising headroom from such a low mcap

So the continued delay which he now indicates is because of Eu regulations along with free help they are getting really does lead me to believe something else pretty major has to be going on in the background - so like you I’m just holding and keeping myself occupied trading other stocks

As before the stuff is in the ground it can’t be copied duplicated reinvented diversified or stolen - and in a years time at least 15% more valuable

I just don’t like the way it’s been done - it was never going to drop to the placing price due to the scarcity high demand and ridiculously low mcap v imminent transformational news

They could have easily made a retail offer for at least £200k worth at the same price or even higher example 3.8p to 4p on both sides and the stock would have been snapped up

Anyway that’s my rant done - should rise reasonably now to at least 9 to 10p in anticipation without any daft pullbacks

The SP and mcap still way to high with the 2p warrants factored in - good luck to those who’ve bought the dip looking for a bounce 👍

My guess is the so called institutional investor has been selling down stock for the last 3 trading days to fund this investment - hence the strange drop from 6.25p with quite clearly more buys than sells

But it is what it is - minimal dilution - stronger financial position and I’d imagine this stock will be back to last nights close or even blue by COP

Yes it’s irritating why they can’t pay more than 3.5p

Presuming the new stock is going into totally sticky hands - What I don’t get is how shore capital (SCAP) can even be offering stock at 4.20p - when they had nothing available under 5.25p last nights close - there are no sells showing on L2 so where have they got the cheap stock from since yesterday ?

The next vortex transactions update will be key - all about the trajectory if it’s up and at least 30% plus it’s potentially going viral - then holders can start dreaming

The RNS confirms absolutely nothing

Holdings RNS today doesn’t confirm anything apart slaters holding depleted by about 18% on the day of the 10% share dilution 05/06/25

Yes he may have sold down in the hope of getting back his shares at 11p but I understand to two large sells we saw on the 5th were potentially naughty shorts opened by winterflood

Tig mate they don’t need to agree anything to be able sell their current holdings - the placing will be 100% happening because it was really needed to put the company on a sound footing, in truth 11p was an extremely good price considering it was probably organised at least 2 trading days ago - which showed massive forward thinking confidence in the product

No the stock hasn’t crashed because there’s been extremely strong buying support, plus there will be buying orders they are filling from these sales which we will see later.

Yes I’d say all placing churning already done - just now a case of whether the current holders have strong or weak hands as that dictates which direction the stock will go next

Be 100% definitely a sell tiger- and why not it will be one of the current shareholders taking place in the fund raise selling their current holdings knowing they’ve more coming at 11p

4 x 100k delayed Buys popped up 18p and 18.5p that’s why you couldn’t buy - definitely buys someone keen
