If so the following from the 23/04/25 RNS should provide all the clarity needed

‘The Company is restricted in that it can only issue up to 19.99% of its issued share capital in any 12 month period without the publication of a prospectus, therefore the Fundraise Shares have been restricted to and represent 19.99% of the issued share capital of the Company prior to the Fundraise’

However many sells - buyers just keep stepping in, the volume is incredible for such a small cap

Never seen a stock like this, what puzzles me is why folk keep falling for the repeated MM tactics, this is itching to go up regardless on any updates

The volume and demand here here is comparatively enormous for £800k mcap - can surely only the last traders desperate to get out with their 20’s and 30% before this moves up to at least 2p

My feeling they’ve already identified a target and in talks is why they’ve brought this David Brown guy in - he’s not here for window dressing

As I say I’m not particularly concerned and very optimistic - but then I’m not in too deep and can afford to lose my investment, that’s they key here, and indeed with all small cap investments

We should be getting the permits very soon and the drills are only shallow (some previously drilled) if the results are as good as expected and due process follows we should be back to at least £20 cap maybe much higher and if £3 mil is needed no problems 😊

I do hope your well - are you able to please update the market on what the exact intentions are for the company ? as it is becoming extremely distressed

Obviously with the market value now so low your not currently going to be raising £3 million before 30th June with the available headroom unless it’s at a premium and it’s quite clear that the drilling permits you so enthusiastically stated would not be a problem obtaining quickly due to all the friendly cooperation in the area are indeed now proving a challenge / or other

I invested in ROCK, because I understood there was potentially a world class essential rare earths resource in the EU Greece Molaoi that would be easy to mine due to local friendly cooperation and the resource shallowness

I must advise that if you choose not to provide any further clarity to the market the share price could fall further making it even harder to raise the £3 million finance you may need before 30th June 2025

Our / your company is an explorer - to be a miner / producer will require 100’s of millions - surely you’re not considering this ?

At this point you should be reaching out to the likes of Metlen energy and metals who list on LSE shortly to JV in and help take this forward, I’m sure there will be many others too including US companies who need these resources so badly

The only information I can provide to you is that our non-drilling work is continuing whilst we await the approval of our permit to drill. I can definitely assure you that the delay being experienced has nothing to do with social acceptance or local opposition to our planned drilling.

Not a good day anywhere for stocks - all my other holdings are red too and I guess while we continue to be at the mercy of the actions across the pond, leveraged and distressed investors will continue to panic and everything will tumble further until cooler heads prevail

For what it’s worth I was never convinced there was going to be any drilling done by ROCK, and the extended permits re submission causing further delays has only added to my suspicion - placing at this SP level ? No not a chance and if at all, will be at a much higher and for a completely different reason to what is feared

It’s tough be an investor being patient and keeping a cool head ATM so understand everything been aired here

A couple of interesting 20k trades sneaked through on L2 without effecting the SP - all the indicators of worked buys but could be bed and Isa

Yes they raised immediately after the quick fire gemanium and Zink export ban updates which massively spiked the SP last November which for me just didn’t feel possible at the levels achieved so quickly, as placings cannot be organised so quickly

This time - No definitively not at this low level would they waste 72.8% headroom on a bottom end placing

For me the 72.8% is there for reasons I do not wish to articulate as some will see it as ramping or overly optimistic and could cause many to buy which I don’t want to be part of

So let’s just wait and see - in the meantime if it drops any further I’ll be buying more !

No problems and thanks for the reply JC - yes for these reasons now confirmed by you I just couldn’t be bothered logging into the call, too many £1000 traders in and out of this stock

I couldn’t care less about the short term SP - all indications the stuffs in the ground - it will only appreciate in value and can’t be stolen copied or reinvented

There’s no telling when - could be up to 2 years could also just be 2 months or less - it’s a critical supply of strategic importance and with the way things are now because of Trump’s very publicised insatiable hunger for rare metals / earths plus the massive new emerging European market due to insecurity’s caused by the break up of the old alliance

As soon as some assays are returned as expected or better the SP’s going to rocket and majors and the EU (if not metlen) are going to be breathing down their necks

So for me the first set of assay results confirming or bettering expectations are going to the catalyst here which should surely be sooner than later

Hey JC21 was there any discussion / explanation as previously discussed about the re-submitted drilling permits - and when they expect these to be granted ?

You could well be right there CTSFO - makes sense, they already know roughly what they have in the original zone - the newly discovered one is in effect virgin so could be considerably better

There won’t be any raising until they’ve at least proved the Greek resources up - there’s plenty of current cash runway so it would be illogical to waste 72% headroom at such low levels, when they could easily raise at (presume) much higher levels at small percentage once the market has recognised the value, there’s also no current danger of an aggressive takeover attempt at these low levels as stock too tightly held - very little liquidity

What does bug me is why they needed to delay everything by re-submitting the drill permits when they could have been cracking on now with the original deposit - while awaiting the authority for the new one, can’t see how it would have saved any money - so to me almost like they’ve been deliberately delaying things for whatever reason

Anyone going to the meeting ? Maybe this question can be asked
