At a guess it could be Rostra Holdings PTE selling off their entire holdings as they were holding around 480 mil, and if so they would have had to instruct the sell order at least a week ago as, there just hasn’t been the volume over the last few days to shift it - plus the SP has been drifting down for weeks

Why ? Margin call ? Distressed ? Conflict of future Interest ? Holding time allocation up ? Institutions are often no wiser than PI’s on AIM if it’s a margin call they have no choice whatever the odds of a massive positive swing, yes they could be in the know about something very negative that revealed itself a week ago, or likewise insiders needing to sell due to other upcoming events - it’s anyone guess

Your not even holding £1k worth of this stock so why can’t you just fek of back to HE1 and ramp or deramp there - your boring and your failing to get the SP down for your paymasters

Thanks to the panic 5 years back theres now mammoth amounts of helium getting discovered all over the world hence the reason the HE1 peaked long ago before you even started on lse 29/05/24, the ramp and panic for helium is well and truly over as HEX found and the US and Europe also don’t need to Chinese to lift any export bans to get it

Putting aside the Zinc Silver and Gold - Germanium in particular is now as rare and precious as hens teeth and ROCK has a mountain of it that the US and EU need right now

I would say DYOR but in your case you truly believe you have and know everything about absolutely nothing

I can confirm that I had an email conversation with DP on Monday and was satisfied to hear they were very busy working hard on several fronts but he couldn’t for obvious reasons comment further

I don’t think there’s any really going on with the SP apart boredom and rainbow chasers needing funds elsewhere and of course very little liquidity here to sustain a few sells and buys, the trump factor as expected destroying anything without a connection to the US and AI - they’ll be all back with interest once they learn we’ve got the one thing in the world trump needs most in Greece

Psychic Dan ? No I’m just a down to earth business owner and lifestyle trader (apart I’m not trading rock as too valuable) have to laugh at these AI stocks particularly SCGL how the hell can that be worth £80 mil when this is only worth £5 mil !

I just strongly feel something is going on behind the scenes, I normally only look at these BB’s in trading hours as too many other rewarding pursuits - but with ROCK isn’t it all just so intriguing ?

PS - I don’t need the City, Allenby or any so called insiders to tell me anything about holding 1% of this stock

The facts are crystal clear and really should be idiot proof

The updates of 4th and 5th December 2024 (Chinese export ban of Germanium to US) made it clear in my mind that the ROCK focus was entirely on Trump getting in on the 20th January (for specific reasons unknown)

The subsequent total export ban of Germanium from China was actually more significant because it also brought the EU and Uk on board for a potential bidding war, Rock strangely declined to comment on this (maybe to busy with the placing)

As I’ve said before something just doesn’t sit right with me (in a very positive way) any other company would have at least provided a rampy update on the intended / or actual commencement of drilling by now to justify the guilt of the placing / try uplift the SP but not in the ROCK case

Maybe this is because the majority share holders and Institutions understand the real reason for the placing was to buy plenty of time and remove any vulnerabilities / rather than mining as ROCK did clearly say they probably wouldn’t need to re-drill many of the 300 shallow holes

If your in and holding (rather than trading) you’ll understand all of this and not be selling a single share at these current bargain basement lows

For me - I’ve a feeling we will hear something next week - which will incidentally connect to trump taking office
