I feel the same. Its £30m revenue upside PER 100mmscf/d. Assuming 70mmscf/d thats £210m upside.

What I like better are their futures prices beyond Q2 2022, very large and they obviously believe that enormous revenue stream is not going away soon.

Have u seen the number of shares he owns?

Is £187m. Gas price is over £5 per therm. At 70mmscf/d its net revenue of £2m per day.

And then revenue doubling on Southwark?

Gas price variable. But Germany talking of not taking Russian gas any more. Flow rate unknown. But still. Share price in the 40s NOTHING like what this is worth.

So 4 months to shoot and interpret. Still do-able for a Q3 spud if (as you say) they are planning ahead at the same time.

I have been here so long that whether CH1 is spudded in Q3, Q4 or Q5 (!) dosent matter to me. And I agree with all the posts pointing out the case for Aminex being way too cheap at these prices.

My question though is how likely a Q3 spud (by September 2022) is? Seismic seems to be just starting and I understand (only because of what I have learned on this board) that modern seismic is much quicker in both the shooting and the interpretation. But that is now quite tight for a spud in September? Or is it just me?

Numbers from spoil heaps look very encouraging.

Is it right 1g/ton is commmercial (it is in Australia)? We have up to 19g/ton on first testings.

Fwiw I agree the 60p to £1 range with a year timescale. The lower end of that range, much sooner than one year though!

Well said, Alpine. When you think what IOG have achieved on a shoestring it is extraordinary. They have acquired a whole series of gas fields, found the route to marker (for £1) via the pipeline, built offshore infrastructure and brought in a major player as partners. Rewards are due and are coming. The naysaying and guff about PR always rears its head and is so off the point.

Anyone who has ever had building works done (I mean to their house) knows what can go wrong or is discovered as soon as spade hits earth. Its been an extraordinarily smooth ride so far. And this is offshore.

Management deserve a pat on the back. At least.

Should make clear, that production revenue is based on assumptions about flow rates in the region of 70mmscf/d. Out of a maximum test flow rate of 103mmscf/d

Am never that confident that I am reading the right numbers for the gas price. I think I have just seen it is at £4.35. Is that right? £2m (approx) per day revenue when we start producing?

But they would not have a straight 50% (an extra 25%)on that scenario. Because they would have merged with WEN, and thereby have diluted (for us current shareholders) the 25% licence holding they have now.

Our GSA is with Gazprom. The recent report on how much gas the UK EXports is illuminating. No one is thinking nationalistically or strategically (in the war-like sense). Its just the market.
