My fellow posters/investors are already doing a grand job of pulling your arguments apart regarding R1 present standing. You are not obviously listening ( check the posts of the recent days). Another question for you��. WHY did you feel it necessary to imply in your recent post on ADVFN that a poster on that Thread ( Barkboo) is in fact a poster on LSE ( BMAC) ?? WHY ?? When you very well know that�s NOT the case. WHY did you Lie !! I don�t have issue with posters mentioning negative points or weaknesses of R1 specially INVESTORS who after all have their money here and have every right to put their point of view forward. My issue is with people who want to profit from other peoples loss using every trick in the book to reach that goal. Ultimately, people here and other readers would make their own minds about you Eddie

Ohh My Ohh My you ARE agitated indeed.. I would have thought that winning the OVER ALL 2017 ranking was far more relevant and important to remember and mention than the results of just one month (December )! The fact of the matter is that you just can not bring yourself to say ANYTHING positive about R1 can you? Because it isnt in your self- interest that R1 to do well is IT ? Look at the company you keep on other Threads.. your Pen-Pals that are openly calling for R1 to go to the wall.. bitter ex- investors that now want others to loose their money too in order to make themselves feel better. AM I NOT speaking the truth?

STT- -Where are Shroder and Eddie, BDC and other long term posters - and Sobeit (iii)? Their views on the current situation re 1R and the industry changes would be appreciated- Well I am very much here my little Shorty friend (if you had paid enough attention)!, albeit out of the UK on vacation. Some of us have a life you know and dont go round posting 24/7 on 3 BBs as if our life depended on it! When you do start to answer questions that people regularly ask you without getting any response THEN you can expect people to engage with you on discussions. Bmac-a good reminder for us all as to where things are and the potential for R1 going forward. Totally agree, this is a long play gain for those who can sit it out

Ditto Stan- I would also be disappointed if a low ball offer is made and is successful. As long term investors here we deserve better. However. The big question still remains. WHY Tosca and others have continuously been buying R1 shares in large volumes despite of falliung SP. Perhaps they never heard about the Industry Challenges like GDPR or Fee Transparency..!!? perhaps Tosca and other IIs choose to just bury their heads in the sand and make pretend the challenges are not there and hence don�t mind sending millions of pounds of their money down the toilet ! ? OR could it be that our IIs are NOT that stupid after all and indeed HAVE heard of these challengers but are quite rational about it and see it for what it is�Part of evolutionary needs of the Ad-tech market as it moves forward and see R1 as quite capable of dealing with them. My money is on that they know something we don�t !

StanSmith._ I have been alkso intrigued by some of our institutional investors and particularly the timing of their share purchases A Low Ball take over bid by Tosca may still be on the cards, which wont really help some of the longterm holders here. Having said that, whatever their plans the IIs have and are in fact investing in the FUTURE of R1 as a work in progress from the old Blinkx era and are happy to invest at these low SPs and wait for the JAM in 1-2 years when the R1 transformation is complete. Nothing is for certain but you would have thought either way the IIs may know a thing or two that we the little PIs don�t.

Yet again trying to beat the old and tired drum of Fees, GDPR and Dataxu at every opportunity to create doubt and fear. Totally unrelated to what the previous posters StanSmith and Biffa have been talking about , which was institutional Investors.

STT_ I don�t really see much similarity between what you were saying and implying to what I said at all! Also as people here have said a thousand times.. you seem to make it your business to drop in any innuendo and negative thought at every opportunity regardless of whether it has anything to do with the subject matter of the discussion. E.G- We were talking about a Banks Credit Qualification process� and what do you say at the end of your post�?? The following sentence: It's a change to 1R financial standing... Last 4 yrs, they've gone from $126m cash in bank to needing a loan... What did the above sentence you wrote has to do with a Bank Process discussion other than your attempt to squeeze in a negative line?

I was in my earlier days involved in lending money on behalf of a financial organisation. I can assure you that an existing relationship ( e.g. Perks on-going relationship with SVB) although helpful but in-itself WILL NOT have qualified R1 for credit facility. Besides certain company assets (property etc) the lender will look in to your Past Balance Sheet performances, current financial status, validity of projected Business Forecast for at least next 3 years and the Business Model viability within the customer sector etc . etc. Certain qualification formulas and equations are then applied for EACH loan facility request which then provides credit approval rate and risk assessment. I would imagine these checks and balances are applied with even more vigour in the high Tech- high risk environments such as Ad-Tech. So Biffa is quite right.. They will NOT lend money to any Tom Dick and Harry UNLESS they are happy with your existing viability as a business and your future prospects.

STT- Yet another day of you trying to PI�SS on to the ceiling and guess what ? it has all splashed back on your own face yet AGAIN ! This is what happens when you make things up and try to force your tired arguments in to the facts on the ground.

STT- I would imagine that at the time , many months ago when I used the term- I doubt it will go as low as 20p- YOU already knew it would didn�t you? Of course you did 😊 and yet with all this knowledge of the industry you failed to buy any other share in this sector such as in Trading Desk and OpenX and others that you so admire. What does that say about your foresight ?? Yes my little shorty friend.. I shall be buying more at this kind of prices.. My average is quite healthy by comparison to a lot of people here and is coming down even more. As you would also have seen from my posts I am an investor here with a long term view on things and buy when I see fit. You on the other hand are not an investor and I doubt if you really ever was ! Everyone now knows about your questionable motives and agenda and your so called indistry arguments are torn to shreds on daily basis. Have a nice evening!

BMAC- Clearly gloating and enjoying the R1 SP weakness. Incidentally surprised he didn�t buy any OpenX shares that he raves about on other BBs. Surely, with such wisdom and insight of the industry he should have seen their success a mile away and bought some OpenX shares ? I guess with all this effort and time put in following R1 there wasn�t enough time!!

STT- You are getting caught more and more often now telling untruth's and exaggerating negatives whilst completely ignoring all the positives out there about R1. Your credibility as a poster who wishes to take control of this BB and spread fear and doubt is crumbling by the day. You are exposed almost on daily basis now by posters here who know their stuff and when they invite you to a debate on different points, as usual, you change the subject and go on a tangent and hence avoid any meaningful discussions.

Correction- It was 455 shares earlier o be exact.. Will be in the market again if the buy price falls below �21.50 or there abouts again !

Rusty- The rejection reason for the initial attempts ( to buy only 1000 shares) was given as- The size of the trade above the MMs Level- or words to that effect. I managed to buy only at �1000 level (445 shares)... that was a while ago.. things may be different.now so will try and have another go later

Placed a small order and The MM can not sell !? Anyone else having the same problem?

STT- you are running out of ideas and are repeating old news again! Any news would do in your book 3, 4 or 5 year old news.. as long as somehow it shows R1 in a bad light and leaves that little doubt in the readers minds. However, those who read this BB regularly and have some business sense easily see through this. You only have to look at the recent posts from some knowledgeable posters . You clearly have noticed how they are deconstructing and destroying your every argument, leaving you having to resort to more cutting and pasting old links and references to old tired news that has little relevance OR the IMPACTS as you put it that you blow out of proportion to create that familiar innuendo and negativity. The latest example which is rather laughable: Your comment: -Well according to this survey only 6% of firms are ready. Now only 3 months to go Few Companies Are Ready for the Upcoming GDPR Just 6% of firms say they're prepared What are you suggesting ? that the remaining 94% ad-tech companies led by R1 are somehow going to fall off the wagon ? and the whole of the Ad-tech industry is destined for disaster for a regulation that they all knew was coming 2 years ago? You are not fooling anyone with your out of proportion and out of context posts!
