Yes, I would think a big part of the SP drop at the time of merger with Yume was due to Unknown Risk of technical and structural integration of the two companies, plus the pressure on the Cash in the bank at the time.

Now a few months down the line we are making progress on the above to deliver the Uniformed Services across all platforms with further cost savings that also are bound to follow. The market only needs to see a glimpse of our return to bottom line profitability and this share can get moving up quite quickly. Then any further evidence that this bottom Line profitability is sustainable and you will see us return to Pre merger SP highs and beyond very sharpish.

My own guess is that we should see the initial tentative evidence of profitability by the end of H1 and confirmation of sustained profitability by the end of FY19.or 1st Qtr. of FY 20

Malbringh- The market is waiting to see how soon we will be churning out (Net Profits) which then in turn will validate the R1 BODs credibility or lack of. On paper we are on the right track for NP to materialize during FY 19. H1 results would be a good indicator either way .

STT- One has to wonder why is it that with such extensive research of the industry you havnt bothered to actually buy any shares in some of the other Ad-tech companies whos shares have actually risen ( those that you so love to parade and compare to R1) !??

Is it not a fact that you only focus on SHORTING now rather than actually buying shares in the Ad-tech industry ?

Your short position(s) must have proved quite lucrative on R1 to merit such devotion, focus and investment in time despite other opportunities you could have had in the Ad-tech.

Well if I was you TWO I wouldn’t celebrate just yet thinking you have got away with it ! That’s what happened to BMAC and Barkboo just before THEY got busted by the inspector.

You see he relies on the Element of Surprise sneaking in the background in plain sight. The fact that he is very SHORT helps him not be seen and blend in the back ground before pouncing on his unsuspecting Multi-Id victims at the lastminute. Don’t say I didn’t warn you !!!

Anyway on a serious note: I am a BP long term share holder and often wondered how they did manage to turn out good profits year on year for so many years!? Now I know !! THEY KEEP FINDING OIL…who would have guessed it hey ? !!!!

SAFI- I pretty much agree with you word for word on this one. Particularly that to reach the 500p again we are going to need momentum that is derived from regular small-steps company good news plus a savvy manor of delivering that news.

STEVIE- Yes indeed.. the range has been 160-230p for sometime now since the drop from 500P. No way of knowing if this is the start of the break out and a sustainable growth yet. Some good early sighs but only time shall solve this little mystery.

Shaggy- Welcome back… well 1GW, Biffa and one or two other investors actually were at the AGM and met with BOD. They have posted their general views that you may also find useful. Iam sure they will be happy to re-post for you.

Under questioning and pressure you always resort to playing the victim .. what about all those Pis that are heavily under water and have to put up with you trying to rub their noses in it?

Industry challenges as you put it are nothing new..Every industry has them from time to time.. some significant changes and some not so significant.

The truth is that we are ALL aware of these changes..so is R1 and other players in ad-tech. Some stronger players have prepared for them and saw them coming.

The problem people here have is not so much the changes and challenges themselves, what they object to is the systematic attacks and questionable motivation behind your relentless efforts to associate these changes to R1 and R1 alone.

The long term investors here can read, they have witnessed the relentless dose of negativity from you on daily basis. They don’t need me to tell them anything they will make their own mind about your agenda and motivations I am sure.. after all wasnt it you that said… everyone has to do their own research and not believe any anonymous posters here?

You mention something interesting… repeating things to the point that people start to believe them.. you should know that very well. Are you not using the very same principal on daily basis? From accusing posters of having multi-IDs to end-less links and Cut and pastes clearly designed to have a drip drip negative effect on readers minds?

I am speaking the truth am I not my lil shorty friend? Ultimately, we are sitting on the extreme ends of various view points here I am quite happy for others to make their own judgment.

Yes someone accumulating and/or some of the entities with open short positions now getting a little fidgety and closing. Slowly but surely elements that were seen as risk only 6 months ago such as integration process with Yume , unification of other software systems and management cohesion are now settling down .

We have a lot going for us.. Getting better pricing ( higher profit margins)..a lot more scope for synergies and cost cutting yet to come… globally recognized squeaky clean platform, more and more weaker players leaving the market and a more business minded top management in place at R1.

Time will tell whether this indeed IS the start of the long awaited big turn around but If I was a shorter I would be watching things very closely now !

Speaking of Shorters.. how is it going STT ?

If I may add a few more comments.

You say to STT- Could I ask you nicely to stop being a nuisance and annoying people , they do have a life you know… Yes of course.thats because you are a nice person yourself.
But trust me he wont go away by nice words.. he has a very committed and strong financial and possibly personal reasons in Bashing R1 at every opportunity.. That is a very well established fact !
Now you may ask, well then why or what is that Strong Interest that drives him so !!
I can only put out my personal view.. Who benefits by the SP of a company going down !? Who Benefits by degrading a company so ONE SIDEDLY ??

Two main possibilities… either a -Private Shorter- OR a -Professional Paid De-ramper-,.

I personally think its the former.. An individual with a Short Position open on R1. ( All his recent talk of buying and Selling R1 shares nothing but a Decoy).

I do NOT believe he is a -Professional Hired Basher- because those guys are normally very clever ! always make sure they Do NOT loose the credibility and Authority on a forum that they want to influence.. They would try and appear balanced in their views but will drop their poison very delicately here and there to influence their agenda forward.

Stt -have you ever been described as that annoying and persistent fly in the summer that keeps bothering people and they wave you on and you keep coming back. Then after a while people just get used to you and almost forget you are there and they get on with whatever they were doing. I do agree with STT on some of the questions he has put forward.. some of them very logical questions to ask

However I happen to believe that there will equally be very logical answers to those very question that in time we
will be privy to. Asking questions is one thing BUT trying to spin doom and gloom around them and presenting them out of context and proportion is something totally different.

Brassneck- Great ! it will be very useful to catch-up with Mark Bonney. Can you however please do me a favour? I have had my doubts for sometime that due to the cost cutting drive at R1 some of the personnel there are pretending to be other people too !!!

Mark and Singer have always looked suspicious to me from the start !! perhaps you can sniff around a bit and better still, use some of Special Detective Techniques Stt used in flushing you and 1GW out. They never fail you know !! Eddie

Brassneck- You and 1GW are certainly rattling our friend stt. I have noticed quite few times now that every time he is either cornered or stuck for an argument he resorts to Multi-Id accusations.

In his mind he thinks its an effective deflection and that he is somehow scoring points. Unfortunately for him it doesn’t serve any purpose other than further expose his desperation.
