Agree, the Top and Bottom of this STT is that advertisers are going to be more fussy now regarding where and through whom their adverts appear. No one is disputing that.
As I have said before, the advertising budgets will get tighter and further rationalised with more focus, on the other hand, there is also going to be much less competition left out there for R1 We are witnessing this already through the drop outs and M&As that are happening as we speak.
We know people need to advertise and companies need to maintain and service their brands. I like others here, think this in the medium term is going to play in to the hands of R1 and companies like R1 who have been investing and been trying to safeguard and introduce at least SOME protection for the advertisers.
