Indeed, as mentioned earlier “We are all in the same boat now”hence, if we all paddle in the same direction and in cohesion, hopefully UK will soon arrive at peaceful and prosperous shores once more !

Simply put, we have had to let go of a nice cute tamed bird in hand on the promise that we WILL pretty quickly be able to find two wild birds from the bush !!

Just hope that our bird catching techniques hasn’t gone too rusty, given that we haven’t used them for over 40 years!

My super cynical side tells me the following:

Unfortunately for our future generations, Covid crises provided the perfect distraction from the Brexit negotiations and from what has really been at streak here and the likely impact on the ordinary men and women of the UK.

ERG were presented with the perfect opportunity to drag the governments feet and ‘Engineer’ false sticking points in the negotiations to be utilised later under the guise of "Sovereignty".

They have managed skilfully and quietly to run the clock down whilst the rest of the country (and the Parliament to some degree) was busy grappling with Covid.

The aim all along has been to roadmap the negotiations in such a way so to facilitate for UK to Crash out of the EU and hence for the goal of a ‘NO Deal’ to be finally accomplished.

50% of UK exports go to the EU.. In return, 7% of EU exports come to the UK. I don't think its difficult to see who has the most to loose and hence who should be more keen to make those Last Mile compromises!

Indeed baldy, a game of “chicken” and who will blink first going in to Sunday !

Having said that, from what I have read early today it seems that both side still are reserving the right to negotiate in to next week if push comes to shove. EU heads at least can apparently sign off any last minute agreement and allow for a formal ratification process to take place in to the new year.

A lot at steak.. thats for sure !

Intersting,, don't suppose you had any feel for whether the Investor post job description gave any clues if it was intended for either the institutional or the retail investing??

We can all speculate about the reasons why Druker had to sell some of his shares !

I entirely agree with other posters that, there is NO good time to sell shares when you are a CEO of ANY company, you will be dammed either way.

The question then become how do you minimize the impact of such a sale on the company and ultimately the SP?
I like to think that his timing was pretty well judged and perhaps even very un-selfish!

Here is some more speculation to think about

He MUST have known well in advance, which way the court decision was likely to go (He knows the company financial health better than anyone). Selling just before the good news from the courts certainly softens the blow to certain degree.
Also he must know, roughly WHEN any buyback and possible Divi news is likely to kick in, which is another mitigating event to counter any initial negative impact of the sell.

Perhaps, the timing of the sale would also help the company’s buyback that little bit more profitable too ?
He would have already known what the January results were going to look like (no reason to believe they are going to be any worse than the positive outline they have already indicated in the last Up date.
So all in all, I think the timing of his sale was as good as one could make it under the circumstances and somewhat un-selfish if anything.

After all he could have waited a bit longer and sold at a higher price but he didn’t!

Well, Well… Just when STT1 thought he got away with it….!!!

The following is stt1’s post attached below from yesterday on ADVFN bb, where he tries to imply that Druker was EXPECTING BAD NEWS from the courts in Israel on Tremors Financial Health.
A typical Stt1 manoeuvre in sawing doubt and fear on Tremors’s finances totally based on speculation and unsubstantiated suggestions.

As it transpired however, the very next day, (Today 17th) the courts were happy about Tremor’s financials and approved both payment of dividend AND a Buy Back.

And now stt1 realising his below post from yesterday hasn’t held water is today trying to change the story to hid advantage !!

I can’t be bothered with his posts too much but this one was a shining example of his tactics and then attempts to cover his tracks later (as per his posts today AFTER the court ruling RNS)

22:17 Dagsteeth, approx 45-60 days court decision and we're now on 42 days... Coin-cidence or does he know something? I could understand it if it was soon after the court application but 3 days before decision due? 3 days before the court de-cision on their financial health to pay dividends or for further buy backs.

Perhaps a large Sell being worked?

The Market did NOT know the identity of WHO sold 700K yesterday. The Market now DOES KNOW WHO !! Therefore, bar another interesting RNS soon, I expect a temporary yet a significant fall in the SP first thing tomorrow.

Love to be proven wrong though !!
