He always had held a very critical view of Blinkx/R1 but was able to convey his points in much more balanced fashion than yours, hence he always struck me as the more intelligent and knowledgeable one out of you both and he was to prove it a few years later.

He advised you only a few months ago to come off your high horse and go “Long” on Tremor as he had already at the time cleverly reassessed the New Tremor company and could see the potential.

Even your bestest and closest and ONLY friend could see what was coming and tried to help you.

A good encapsulation of fundamentals currently driving the ad-tech market forward.

On one hand the precise and measurable Ad targeting tools combined with shifting “audience watching habits” plus the gradual but imminent opening up of other sectors in the economy such as, Travel, Hospitality Leisure etc on the other.

From what I personally have witnessed so far, on-line advertising growth and diversifications such as CTV are still going through their infancy.

The big question would always be how Ad-tech companies ( independents in particular) are going to be able to equip themselves and evolve to ride this massive wave.

Tremor so far seems to be doing all the right things in the right places.

Not that it really matters anymore, but you did hit the nail on the head a while ago.

Very likely that Stt1 is an over-zealous Shorter from Blinkx/R1 days that just could not let go !!

Judging by the pattern of his posts and timing the of them over the long-term his short position most probably ended up close or equivalent to Zero .

One thing is for sure, he was NOT EXPECTING Blinkx/R1 to survive for long!

And now as we have witnessed, he is still trying desperately to hold on to old tired arguments that lost their relevance a long time ago.

I do LOVE him though, a great source of entertainment these days.
