Looking at things a bit more mechanically I personally see the above being directly influenced based on the 3 fundamental elements.

Product/Service Value and Quality Element:

How good a value Tremor is offering to the US investors in comparison to its Peers. What's our performance track record and latest TU/Figures look like that would evaluate and validate the shares!? The timing of our next TU ( Q2) against the US launch will be critical I think

Marketing/Promotional Element :

The companies visibility and rate of recognition amongst US investor circles. The marketing mix of educating the potential investors in who we are and what is on offer here. I would also include the launch IPO 'Price' as a strong influencer in this.

Operational Element:

How EASY or NOT it will be for Pis to actually buy Tremor shares on the US listing
The accessibility to an easy and secure purchasing route will be Key. How much more simpler would the ADR mechanism make things against the existing purchase route that US buyers ( Like Doggy) are currently using.

Doggy/ other US fellow investors

Perhaps you can add a brief from your experience thus-far on the share accessibility in the US and any possible further added future advantage(s) using the ADR once listed .

Nice of you to drop in. Looks like you are spreading yourself too thin these days. I see you have once again started to Antagonise yet another set of investors this time at BYOTROL plc… on ADVFN board under your usual screen name " Sikthetech".

I can see a pattern in your work, you seem to concentrate your de-ramping and tuanting efforts on innocent investors of companies who are actually currently doing well.

Perhaps you just can't see some folk getting on with their lives making some money and you feel compelled to spoil things?

Is that how you get your Gratification from outside of TLY boards?

Of course these are ALL FACTS that people can easily check for themselves in getting you a little better.

I fully understand your loyalty and your natural instinct to defend a fellow poster ( STT1) against any "outsiders" .

Unfortunately, Sometimes the only way to fully understand another persons grievance it would be necessary to EXPERIENCE that grievance to some degree.

What you and other good investors here at TLY have experienced in the last couple of months Is NOT EVEN A FRACTION of what MY fellow posters and investors in Tremor have experienced for many YEARS ! Neither in volume, intensity nor malicious intent.

Yet STT1 carries on despite of many voices here at TLY advising him to the contrary.

As you have seemed to be one of the more balanced posters here, I feel I will owe you an honest answer to your question.

Very soon after I started to post here, one of your fellow investors in TLY asked ME the following question: " Why Are you Here " ?

At the time I gave him the following honest answer : " I am here for ALL the wrong reasons "

Now since that post a lot of Savvy and genuine poster here with a conscious fully understood what I meant. I believe you yourself also had a little look on Tremor Board and reported back to your fellow posters here.

So my friend, in short to answer your question I Have NOT joined TLY as an investor. Quite truthfully, it's NOT a concern to me one way or the other in the same way that most investors here like yourself would have no concern or interest in TREMOR, where I AM invested.

Ideally we both should have been concentrating on our own respective investments TLY/TREMOR where we all ARE invested, BUT as you and most good people here are aware there is an individual here at TLY who for the past FOURE YEARS has insisted on doing things differently !

Many of the more reasoning and regular posters here have already witnessed what you do on TREMOR board. They have already VOICED their disgust and disapproval of YOUR posts on Tremor and have asked you to STOP.

And yet you still carry on regardless, posting mistruths, twisted facts and dated information with 'one purpose and one purpose only' … to degrade TREMOR and upset investors there.
