AS EXPECTED.. You continue to take other posters comments completely 'Out of Context' adding your own version of the truth around a completely imaginary scenario.
Is it really so hard and painful for you to see that Tremor are ACTUALLY producing the JAM that you so were predicting will never come !?
I say it again…..You Should have listened to your one and only friend at the time on ADVFN Board "Gowlane" and had invested in Tremor like HE DID a few months ago. He has more than doubled his money already hasn’t he?
Will be EXPECTING more 'imaginary scenarios' with more unrelated back-up material from you soon no doubt!
Enjoy the ride stt1
In the absence of a TU 'PRIO'R to the IPO Launch I am NOT expecting any fire works with the IPO Launch Pricing.
I doubt the 'Initial' Launch Price will be far away from where our current UK £ price range (e.g. $22-$25 for two shares) !!
Any material rise in SP thereof will only come about AFTER a quality Q2 TU has been published ( which I presume will be soon after).
I am confident Stifel would have done the necessary ground work in drumming up at least SOME institutional interest .
As for the response from the Retail investors in the US , that remains to be seen and depends on how quickly such investors begin to DE-code the fundamentals and the value that Tremor offers.
LOVE to know what we are going to do with over $300m ( IPO placing & Money in the Bank).
Such exciting times !
SNN
Great impressive presentation thank you. It seems that our "End To End Stack" BUSINESS MODEL is proving to really set us apart from other "Peers" and work strongly as our main USP.
I remember one person here who used to poo poo the 'Full Stack ' he isn't laughing anymore !
Hey Coat,
Thanks , I am good my friend. our BOD have proved themselves in managing expectations and over delivering which is crucial in maintaining an upward momentum .
So I am confident they will release the TU within the sweetest spot in the Nasdaq IPO timeline .
Anyone likes to guess as to whether our Q2 TU should/would be announced just before OR just after the IPO pricing and commencement of Nasdaq Trading?
There are Pros and Cons on either side !!
Stt1 has started to remind me of the " Sir Black Knight" in the Monty Python Holy Grail sketch .
As his limbs are being cut off one by one with only a torso left he still tries to continue the fight !!
LOL
We are the knights who SAY " NI "
Hehe .. I know when you are rattled stt1
You can think what you like.. The hard market evidence suggests otherwise on both TLY and Tremor
Stt1,
Remember, over the last year Tremor SP has grown TWICE as much as your beloved TLY share that you so rave about and no one seems to want to buy ! LOL
Sorry folks
Meant to say Mid-Twenties to late Twenties in June ( approx. 25th to 28th)
My money is still on a Mid to Late June launch that would hopefully have been closely followed a good solid Q2 TU that is based on ( almost the full quarter figures).
Also IF the recovery trend of our US "Peers" over the last month continues over the next couple of weeks, it would look better for us , entering in to a 'Rising Market' again.
I expect our Q2 figures to be 3-5 % better than Q1, our traditionally weakest quarter.( They better be )
All speculation of course ! Tick Tock, Tick Tock
And despite all such Commercial and Sales Spill from Allenby and Alike , only a hand full of trades in a day and an SP that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon!!
The lack of interest in TLY is quite evident. One wonders WHY the Market isn't buying this share.
There is a reason… THERE IS ALWAYS A REASON !!!!
A RISKY Company perhaps ?
If as some suggest, the TLY 'Business Model' was so perfect and made such an acute 'Commercial Business Sense' Surely the Market would have had Ample time by now to address this and consequently the SP would have been up in dizzy heights by now.
The lack of general enthusiasm and interest in this share is also reflected in the pathetically LOW daily number of trades and daily volumes in a typical days trading.
Ultimately it’s the view of the MARKET that counts not anyone else's Stt1, isn't that so ? Allenby !!?? is that the best you can come up with? Do they KNOW better than the MARKET ITSELF ? They are just another outfit out there trying to sell THEIR advise thats all.
Anyway Let's see how things develop over the medium term shall we? But in the meantime do not mislead more people here in to a false sense of security that may well be quite pre-mature.
After all your self-admitted heavy losses thus far in your investments doesn’t really qualify you to dish out any advice to others!? DOES IT …?
Enough time wasted by me here today. Speak soon no doubt
Long NHS waiting times in isolation does NOT guarantee success for TLY. Efforts to justify and imply glorious days ahead for TLY and its SP based on the number of delayed NHS operations is misleading.
The NHS Backlog has been there for a very long time even pre- Covid, therefore nothing new
Investors here, to a degree have stayed away and are much more cautious about buying TLY shares partly due to Uncertainty of on-going Government Policy Reviews and NHS Best Practise decisions , Which currently continues to render investment in TLY a RISKY move.
Another good quarterly TU/Guidance (for Q2 )would do wonders for "appetites" on both sides of the pond.
The BOD would know best but if that was me I would hold off until late June to release the TU guidance for Q2 ( H1) followed by the IPO pricing 24 hours later for maximum impact giving the market a Day to digest the numbers.
Any special supporting launch IR information from Stifel can then nicely Top & Tail the launch Pricing and the latest Q2 numbers outlook.
Brubru,
A Good summary from you.
Any financial incentives that Stt1 may have in seeing the SP in Tremor crash is most probably an 'individual' incentive rather than part of a malicious 'organised' activity.
I don’t believe he is a "Paid Entity " hired by some organisation to do what he does.
He simply does NOT have the Standing/Credibility/Presence necessary to be able to control/influence a crowd that any organisation would actually want to pay for.
Such Hired entities are normally professionals who are savvy and shrewd enough to be able to command the respect of a Crowd and then guide the 'Public Opinion' within a discussion board towards the desired negative perceived conclusions.
Instead, Stt1 has achieved nothing but alienating the very audience that he would supposed to influence on behalf of any third party.
He is also likely to be an individual 'Born on the Spectrum' whose personality has been further damaged through time due to unfavourable on-going events and outcomes.
I am personally not expecting any fireworks once the 'IPO Price Point' has been announced. The company would most probably go for Upper £7 to Mid £8 range, which will be a good competitive Bench Mark to launch from.
What we need is a nice steady irreversible rise in to a more stable and recovering US Ad-tech sector rather than a huge early Spike and then a SP "Free Fall" soon after.
We have a good story to tell and with the positive timing of our Q2 forward guidance coupled with any behind the scenes PR by Stifel already in place, Tremor's SP should ' in time' settle down somewhere closer to its US Peers valuations.
Exciting times !
STT1
Nice of you to drop in here again !!
Seems there never is much excitement nor much of a flow of good news on TLY these days, as I am sure you would have looked hard but couldn’t find any .
This was above 40p once already not that long ago but has proved so far unable to climb much higher. Not really surprised. TOO MANY UNCERTAINTIES AND RISKS HERE.
Considering, the SP here is only moving up at half the speed of say Tremor plc SP, then it has NOT proved to be a dazzling investment, especially for you who bought at 70-80 p.
My guess is that you have already started to Off-Load this stock whilst continuing to mislead other investors to hang on at TLY .
After all your main interest seems to be elsewhere these days isn't that so Stt1 ?
Thordon
LOL, you did provide a Chuckle with your suggestion regarding bedding Stt1 !
However, perhaps it is STT1 who has been having many of unsuspecting TLY investors in HIS BED if you catch my meaning !?
As for TLY current share value, "It is what it is", underwritten by the market, IF the company was worth more the market would have adjusted its valuation months and months ago.
Other investors WILL be looking at the "Opportunity Cost" of investing here given the slow share growth and company's future vulnerability to the NHS Political/Best Practice evolutionary changes.
