However, close or not we believe the "Read Across" from our "Peers" to be, one thing is for sure.
So far such " Read Across" has NOT been reflected/ mirrored in the SP movements of Tremor !
Taking the last 6 months as an example, Tremor SP has not follow the steep rises of the "Peers" nor has it followed the steep falls of their SP .
Tremors SP graph over the same period ( 6 months) shows a steady growth suggesting it moves somewhat independently to the SP trends of its "Peers" (US companies have fallen close to 50% whereas, Tremors fall from its highest SP levels during the last couple of months has been less than 10% )!!
What the reasons behind this 'independence' is will be the subject of long discussions but one reason could be that the market simply has seen Tremor plc as a more robust Value Proposition in comparison to the inflated values of others in this sector!?
The above independence would be put to the test a bit more realistically once we are Listed and are partly operating in the same market as the "Peers" . (Although we would need a medium term time span to truly judge the outcome).
In the meantime, Optically, It would also be helpful to have seen the US Peers SP stabilise over the coming weeks, providing a more favourable environment for our entry.
A good Guidance to our H1 2021 soon before Listing would place us in a much 'Sweeter Spot' to really maximize our SP potential
Bumblebee,
I think we both have gone around this enough times now. The truth is that there are NO Clear Cut answers or absolute definitive realities on either side of this argument. Nothing that the likes of me or you will know for sure as we are not in the minds of NHS/Government decision makers and nor is Wendy!
Best to agree on what we agree and disagree on what we disagree.
Incidentally, you need to raise the issue of " Low Operating Margins" with Tricky as it was he who mentioned it in HIS post not me.
Cheers
Bumblebee
I encourage you to read my post ( e.g. Thu 14:28 ) a little more closely.
I don’t think I said anywhere that Auntie Wendy was a "Liar" that’s a strong word!
What I DID say was that she (like any other CEO including CEOs of companies I invest in) will always say reassuring words to investors. That’s part of their job to SPIN and Mitigate good or bad news.
I also suggested that it’s the Market that ultimately will provide the last word and will react to events and any concerns, 'whether those concerns were PERCEIVED or NOT'.
I don't currently see the Market agreeing that there is absolute CLARITY about the road ahead for Service Providers to NHS. IF SO, the SP here would have been in 50s by now rather than held back despite recent contract wins etc.
IF the Market is somehow running behind events here then time will tell, but at the present the market doesn’t seem to care much about any " New framework Agreements" already in place since 1st April .

Remember over a year ago when both Tremor and TLY share prices were at their lowest points ( Tremor £0.85 and TLY at 9p) you were predicting a negative disastrous outcome for Tremor, whilst telling everyone what an amazing investment TLY was !!
TODAY, an investment made just over a year ago in Tremor is worth 100% MORE than the same investment in time in TLY !!
By your own admissions you also lost a lot of money when you sold your investment in Blinkx /Tremor around 4 years ago !! ( hence your Vendetta against Tremor )?
Furthermore your SHORT/BEAR stance and continued de-ramping since Feb last year in BYOTROL plc, hasn’t really come to anything. Since then that company's SP has grown well over 300% and has proven you so wrong.
So you see STT1 you may be able to fool a few unsuspecting folks here but your track record for investment decisions, predictions and outcomes has been nothing but a failure.
Stt1
Nice of you to bother and show up at TLY board once in a while, whilst you are too busy posting frantically on Tremor Board trying to harm other people's investments there.
You only need to see how the market is thinking about TLY by looking at its SP movements recently DESPITE, what Wendy says or does. After all its her job to reassure and say warm sweet things about the company.
The fact is that there is unease and concern in the market regarding the possible effects of future NHS changes either structurally or through changes in deploying new technologies.
Clearly there is concern out there about the future of service providers to NHS whether these concerns are perceived or not remain to be seen but you cannot deny how these concerns are effecting the market.
Perhaps as always you know better than the market Stt1 ?? !!
Either way it seems auntie Wendy will have other serious issues to think about like the effects of AI on TLY Call Centres.
In addition also other concerning question marks regarding what may be about to come once New NHS restructuring and rationalisation programs get underway?
Yes agree with the notion that there is little point to launch our listing IF the market conditions are going to take the wind out of our sails.
However, my belief is that the current US peer pull back will NOT last that much longer and we will see some equilibrium established, (Well BEFORE our launch date)?
We may even see some moderate recovery in the next few weeks which would at the 11th hour present a further positive environment in which to List. This coupled with " a Lot of Dry Powder " saved by the management for the Listing can prove instrumental and a powerful combination for a successful launch.
Timing is everything !!
"Shares don't rise or fall in a straight line. They are volatile at the moment so expect sharp rises and falls but the trend is downwards at the moment"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stt1,
With the above comment you are contradicting your own so called "Stance" .
shares rise and fall and by definition there would be corrections on the way up as well as on the way down.
Therefore, your term "Burst Bubble" in the context of Share Value movements is selectively bias and out of perspective.
Furthermore, You purposefully avoid to mention the FACT that the Ad-tech Industry IS AND WILL BE a growing and dynamic sector for a quite some time. Hence the longer term trajectory of Share movements within the sector is much more likely to be up rather than down and that’s all that really matters here.
Another good day at the office today for all.
How was your day STT1.??
One has to wonder whether there has already been some shift of investment from our US Peers to Tremor by the US Pis ?
Doggy, our man in the US has already confirmed that its been a lot easier to buy Tremor stock compared to a year ago! Hence its probable that some of the more savvy and internationally aware US Ad-tech Pis have already made some transfers from inflated US prices to the relatively very undervalued Tremor !??
(which may explain why Tremor has been rising as US shares have fallen back recently)
Of course, the majority of potential Pis would probably prefer to wait and buy at the US IPO launch, benefiting from the additional security of US investment rules.
That’s precisely what STT1 would be saying today !
BUGGER… !!!
Hi KPDm
His desperate posts are nothing but a form of Therapy and Pain Control and in his clouded thinking, he is achieving SOMETHING !!
It reliefs the pain of having lost a large amount of money a few years ago and now witnessing how well TREMOR are doing.
That’s the bit I always savour the most stt1, the sound of your desperate posts every time SP starts to rise here.
PRICELESS
Stt1
Is it getting a little uncomfortable for you now on this Board? As Fellow posters here with a "Moral Compass" are discovering about your conduct on other Boards and perhaps not engaging you as warmly as before?
You see, one can only get away with wrong doings to other investors on other Forums for as long as he is not exposed.
Please explain to posters here on TLY why you constantly pester and antagonize other investors on other Boards, where you yourself have said you hold NO Position in those shares?
Why have you posted over 30,000 posts so far !!?
Dynaheir
But in the recent weeks there has clearly been once again downward pressure on the SP.
The question is how much of this fall is contributed to Top Slicing/Profit taking and how much due to recent potential risks from new quarters such as the role of AI in NHS, was well as, as other concerns ( perceived or not) regarding, short term contracts and Government rethinking of NHS resourcing policy.
Curley
You must see his desperate attempts in the context of his recent total proven failure of his predictions.
Tremor has been going from strength to strength within a young dynamic, fast growing industry and the recent SP rises is a reflection of that.
The only " Bubble Bursting" that has happened so far has been the Bubble of his dreams and fantasies of see Tremor going to the wall.
And that’s what hurts him the most and hence the frantic repetitive frustrated posts that I guess are more of a pain controlling measure and a form of Therapy for him.
Test
Thanks dog
Glad its been much easier to buy Tremor now in US. I wonder how many other Pis like you there are in US who have bought since it was made much easier !?
