Absolutely, your posts and stance on The " So Called Ad-tech Bubble Burst" are there for ALL to see and Judge for themselves and THAT, is now the big problem causing such embarrassment that you so desperately are trying to hide.

IF you had bothered to look more carefully you would have noticed that the SP re-covey process in the US Ad-tech had already begun weeks and weeks BEFORE the Google announcement and its quite natural that such recovery would be accelerated by Google News.

Also, having to drag historic events from 2014 to the present in order to cover-up and deflect from your 'Blunder' regarding the Ad-tech "Bubble" really says it all about your desperate position now on these Bulletin Boards .

Incidentally, any idea why you got Banned/thrown out of Tremor ADVFN Board?

You see Stt1, you really need to do much better than this IF you ever are going to re-claim any credibility whatso ever.

As a first step take your own advice and try and pay a closer attention to the Ad-tech 'News Flow' in general and the trajectory of the vast growth forecasted for this industry.

I know it's hard for you to face reality sometimes Stt1 but that’s where this industry is heading, the sooner you come to terms with this REALITY the better it will be for your wellbeing!

It's good to see that you FINALLY have come to the realisation that there NEVER WAS any Ad-Tech "Bubble Burst" nor any crash !!

Only a pull back/correction in the market, which so far seems to be recovering and retracing itself quite well.

Perhaps in the future you would spend more time in your research and take a closer look at events and facts before yet again embarrassing yourself !?

I wouldn’t hold your breath for a straight forward answer on any of your valid questions to him. There never is.

Stt1 has programmed himself to only put out what HE feels will be an effective mix of negative innuendos, irrelevant facts and figures ( mostly historic) and most importantly 'out of context' commentary.

Of course he lost the Technical and Moral arguments years ago but he keeps going ! Hence lack of any credibility and friends that he can rely on to engage and support his tired one-sided arguments.

One thing I am sure of that His personality HAS been damaged at one point or other in his life through trauma or simply a chemical imbalance. But definitely he is on the spectrum in some way

To him this increasingly has become a crusade of phycological warfare against the enemy ! To the point that he no longer even sees the enemy and knows why he is fighting !!

One thing I would say though is that as you may appreciate through 'bad experience' the folk here have been conditioned to be sensitive to and generaly able to detect "AN AGENDA " from 50 paces.

If you are trying to Engineer some credibility by fibbing about your precise Top & Bottom SP buys and sells, try something a bit Honest for A change. like having some Balance in your views

There are various conversations on ADVFN on the "Quiet Period" and whether we actually are within this period or not.

At any case what is becoming obvious is that until such time that we do receive some form of TU/Guidance/Analyst Report we shouldn’t be expecting much movement in the SP.

Currently it feels like Tremor , is kind of standing rather "Naked" in a post IPO period and despite our wishes, there has been no 'Fire Works' .

But that’s also OK.. The SP is holding Up not too badly under the circumstances.

Once the gates of News Flow open from the company and America is Awakened then we may yet witness that well deserved response in the SP that we all are looking for

Aren't we going to make no cash in Q2 ..? plus the option of more ADS to be issued to underwriters.. On top of that?

Even if we had $250m to $280m that’s a whopping amount don’t you agree ?

I remember you were raising concerns a while back about R1 cash levels and made a whole fuss over it ( not to mention the Credit facility that was put in place ) its interesting you have NOT mentioned cash levels for Tremor for a long time !

Ofer must have already had the outline of a plan for the approx. $300m cash that will now be sitting on our balance sheet. Whether, he already knows what he is going to go after with this cash or just keeping his options open will be interesting at the very least.

They have already proved that they know how to identify and negotiate 'good terms of purchase' for valuable assets such as URULY.

It’s a shame that innocent posters here have to suffer (only a bit) what Tremor posters have suffered FOR YEARS at the hands of Stt1.

What you see here is nothing but a VERY MILD dosage of what Stt1 has been dishing out to others.

50-60 posts from Stt1 a day.. EVERDAY !!

I think you are presuming a lot of the readers and potential investors here on TLY must be mentally disadvantaged?

IF the past FIVE YEAR track Record of TLY was so glorious the SP would not have gone from 70p down to 9P during that same period. A pitiful dozen or so trades a day really says it all.

People can see this share at best is a " Tick Along" share and constantly vulnerable share to unforeseen and out of the blue Government /NHS policy change. The SP can literally be wiped out at a stroke.

The Market never is wrong for very long and IF the 'business model' was so prefect I think you would have seen the results in the SP a long time ago.

Actually come to think of it I don’t seem to have seen any positive recent INDEPENDENT ANALYST reports on Totally ! ?

Even the house broker Allenby's language in their report seems quite non-comital in places.

The truth is that it's far too early to say anything with a great deal of certainty whether TLY's medium to longer term fortunes is ever going to significantly benefit from the Covid crises.

So far the Market has disagreed with the notion that TLY is in the right place at the right time…

The SP movements prove this quite factually otherwise the share price would have past 50-60p by now and Market HAS had plenty of time to decide !.

Must be a hard daily 24/7 grind for you to have to wake up every morning and SOMEHOW having to one again regurgitate and re-cycle the same old historic material from the Days/Weeks/ Months/ Years BEFORE ?.

And the worst thing being that despite all this effort, you also have to regularly witness your comments and predictions all proved wrong by the strength of Tremors success?
