You seem another one of the more balanced posters here, someone who is able to analyse and reach a reasonable conclusion.

So far TWO Investor/Posters here ( Dynaheir & Millenium) actually have understood the situation. Both, actually made the effort of trying to get to the bottom of this and visited TREMOR plc BBs (LSE & ADVFN) to "Do their Own research" so to speak.

Both have shared their findings here with you and other posters.' Millenium' in particular very eloquently and precisely described his findings here on TLY Board ONLY YESTERDAY !

I understand your immediate instinct to Protect and Defend a fellow poster here (Stt1). However, The FACTS as described by the Two TLY posters and also Hundreds of long suffering TREMOR investors DO NOT LIE.

Stt1 ( By his own admission on many occasions has had NO Holdings in Tremor Plc since 2017 and yet he has Bombarded the that Board on daily basis with many thousands of (Negative ONLY) posts if you care to look for yourself and dig a bit DEEPER.

People on TREMOR naturally have reacted to Stt1s relentless spamming with his repetitive messaging ( AS some of you on TLY have reacted to me and Tricky here).

The only difference being that my posts here do NOT represent even a fraction of ONE Percent of what Stt1 has been dishing out un-warranty on a Share that he hasn’t even owned for over 4 Years.

Recently I even stopped posting here for many days as I noticed Stt1 wasn’t posting on Tremor LSE for a about two weeks up until a few days ago. But he came back yet again.

Unfortunately, What I and some very reasonable TLY posters have described above are FACTS, now you may wish to ignore them due to Blind Loyalty To a Fellow Share Holder here. That would be down to your reasoning and conscious !!

You are NOT fooling anyone Stt1, a few of the smarter and genuine people here have bugan to find out what you are as a person. Regardless, of your holding here.

After weeks of silence Stt1 has returned back to the TLY Board.
All fun and games there again!!

Is anyone going to deny the White Paper has at the very least rasied big question marks going forward for TLY?

Some of TLY share holders are already saying this!! RISK at the present at best remains ' Un- Quantifiable' with many unknowns along the way with
ALL service providers to NHS such as TLY therefore remaining vulnerable.

Regardless of how good or bad Tly services have been. The government re-thinking of NHS services WILL mean lots of unknowns for TLY going forward.

Any short-term positive news provided by TLY will become IRRELEVANT if government is already re-thinking a change of direction and policy towards Private Sector Service provision in general. Don’t think many investors , who may be in the process of investing here would want to find themselves in that position where the single source of TLYs income comes under government scrutiny and re-evaluation.

The RISK at the present at best remains ' Un- Quantifiable' with many unknowns along the way with
ALL service providers to NHS such as TLY therefore remaining vulnerable.

PS- FYI-- After a few weeks of stt1 not posting on our Tremor BB unfortunatley he has resumed his usual spaming.

Any "Commercial Wet Dreams" Overnight RE Tremor's TU??

I have to agree with previous posters. My views expressed a while back still stands that going in to ANY form of US listing/presence should carry behind it at least 2 consecutive quarters of positive organic growth and profitability .

This will be our passport to a successful entry and the basis for a good story to sell the US investors by Stifel.

Any pre-mature entry will only result in Tremor getting lost in the noise. It needs to make an immediate impact BACKED by proven numbers and/or at least a solid forward guidance of Q2.

Our Board have proved to be Savvy and I would expect they already know that timing to launch in US is everything and crucial to creating and maintaining the right momentum and sentiment going forward.

STT1 didn’t give you a satisfactory answer to your question because he DID NOT have one. So let me say that your innocent comment "He (stt1 Appears to have a Problem with the Stock" is a huge understatement.

Dynaheir , let me inject SOME perspective and context to this, which at first glance you probably didn't get a full grasp of.

What you did see on Tremor Board isn't even a fraction of STT1s relentless Vendetta against the company, his spread of Negativity, inuendo and doubt via thousands upon thousands of mostly Copied & Pasted Spam over a period of 7 years or so on TWO BBs LSE.. And ADVFN !!

He has taunted , greened at and openly celebrated every time the Tremor SP has weakened.

Out of 100s of posters on Tremor ( even Bearish ones) NOT ONE is now talking to him !!

Anyway, STT1 hasn’t posted on LSE BB for the last few days ! I have no idea why it may be a temporary break!? Or Realising where all this will be heading on TLY board if he doesn’t stop his inexcusable behaviour on Tremor Board.

We shall await and see. Trust the above makes things a bit more clear for other TLY posters here.

PS- Stt1 should be able to answer some of your questions, there is a LOT of 'Wisdom' that stt1 has been dispensing on Tremor plc BB for years that we are obliged to share with you all here

There is no getting away from the fact that regardless of how rosy the future here is painted, there is a strong possibility of sever disruption ahead. The problem is that at that time TLY will have very few choices as to the possibility of re-inventing itself
