STT1 has been and never been anything other than a SHORTER. glad more and more of posters are seeing this now.

Given the past SP price points at which he has remained very focused on De-ramping R1/Tremor plus his comments on BBs throughout indicates to me that his short position that was opened for the SP to sink down to was VERY LOW.

Some of his very few friends at the time (all now disappeared ) were calling for EITHER a total collapse of the company e.g. "Short To ZERO" OR a SHORT position envisaged in Pennies.

The Problem however, for STT1 in the last 18 months or so has been that he totally miss judged the timing of his SHORT and now is HEAVILY in negative territory.

Hence, the manifestation of his hectic and pure desperate behaviour. This kind of tells me that his relentless desperate posts are actually some sort of "Therapy" for him in order to be able to cope with the UN EXPECTED recovery of Tremor.

Will be interesting to see which way the US peers will go today when the markets open this PM

The only "portrayal "here is to maintain some sense of realism about the very real 'possibility' of a bad financial outcome for TLY down the road.

Some here have at least understood this risk, which is NOT going to go away and will be hanging over ALL suppliers to NHS to various degrees.

IF/WHEN the decision by the government moves in to the 'Action Phase' ( You can bet that there WILL be A LOT of Changes), you will find that a lot of Services ( strategic or Tactical) WILL come under the microscope very quickly.

There will of course always be 'some' role for the private sector but the question is whether what's left will even be worth bidding for any more.

Take a little time to study NHS and its capabilities and you will see that IF NHS need to, they can and will put all those services together in-house and Save Taxpayers money down the line.

The Bottom Line is that TLY services in the main are NOT that unique nor are they that medically specialized. They can be easily if necessary be replicated in-House IF government guidelines demand more centralisation within the NHS.

That reason alone puts Totally and similar service providers in an awkward position and vulnerable as time goes on and Markets DO NOT like uncertainty.

STT1 tries to spray as much negative spin along with as many innuendos about as many technical and commercial topics as possible. He then hopes that at some point eventually something is going to stick where he can then hang his wiseman hat on and claim credit.

Look at a small sample of his 'Mud slinging' in action:

He was raising concerns about company cash levels ( Both R1 & Tremor)
He was warning us about closing unprofitable operations ( unfounded), as they have actually added to Tremors streamlined bottom line profits.

He told us about R1 Credit Line provided by the banks, trying to present the Credit facility as a negative

He was implying that Unruly acquisition was unwise and yet it has already proved to be a shrewd move by the Tremor management.

He was scaring us with various on-going court cases that turned out to be nothing but a storm in a tea cup.

He was telling us CTV will not be able to fill the gap of Performance revenue streams and CTV is doing just the opposite.

I can go on and on and other posters probably would recall MORE of these 'Spray Gun' remarks and past and present scare mongering that turned out to have no basis in reality and final outcomes.

Well Dynaheir, It’s good that a few investors here like yourself at least recognise that THERE IS a risk.
What you can be sure about is that institutional Investors would have been the first to recognise that Risk and alarm bells would have rung immediately.

However, unlike PIs the IIs always invest with more planning in to a Share and they WILL be carefully planning an exit strategy out of a share JUST IN CASE the ‘Industry News’ takes another turn for the worst.
This will not happen overnight, but one thing is for sure IF/WHEN they decide it will be all done in an orderly manor as to not alert the unsuspecting PIs whom the IIs would want to dump the shares on to later.

Having read a lot of STT1s prior posts on ADVFN , I warned this Board a few days after he started to post here on LSE .

To me at the time and all along since it has been clear that his agenda involved some kind of Financial Benefit from what he does.

STT1 is now first and foremost a SHORTER , (possibly commencing shorting after his huge loss in Blinks with what was left of his investment).

Personally, I don’t believe he is a professional ‘Paid Hand’ and part of a conspiracy to manipulate the SP. I say this because although clearly he is a calculating and a capable scare mongering merchant BUT he lacks the sufficient required intelligence and canny to be able to bring people/ other posters onboard to his side in order to then influence and control a discussion board.

His TARGET audiences are the “Unsuspecting Newbies” who would probably visit the BBs a few times to get a flavour of discussions about Tremor BEFORE making a decision to invest or not.

Hence, we witness the cheap and convenient barrage of Cut and Paste of pre-arranged posts, aimed to flood the BB and find Newbie targets.

I am not discounting the possibility also that alongside and parallel to the above he does not suffer from some form of Mental Disorder that either was there from day one or kind of developed as an illness the more he has spent countless hours writing up Upwards of 30,000 posts.
