Good post CD, over the past few weeks I have top sliced and traded some of my SOLG holdings but from here on in I have concluded it is time to hold and wait for a significant return. I suspect the market makers assume there will be plenty of small investors willing to sell as SOLG passes 40p but what if we did not? Will the institutional holders sell their considerable holdings at 40 or 50p?

RedKnight.....nope I hoped for better but I did top slice here and in OMI because gold exploration bets are volatile. SOLG the largest holding in my pension, I am still in the blue but only just.

I am not convinced of an imminent take over bid here but clearly PMO having an interesting day despite the fact they are way more heavily indebted than HUR. Shorters have driven HUR down on the bad news to a point where we all agree that the sp under valued. Where we disagree is on what is a fair sp for HUR? Even on current production figures I would guess about 12p.

Moneymunch so if I am correct to sum up from today's RNS there is still a need for a drug to fight respiratory illnesses like SARs, COVID etc annnnnnd you have picked up on the possibility that our drug can cross the blood brain barrier hence might be of use in fighting brain tumours?

Given I am close to stop loss I might consider adding a few but it does seem like good money after bad at the mo? I will give it some more thought.

The RNS was everything I had hoped for but expected the sp to close higher than it did having approached 30% mid morning.

I also wondered if the US markets opening at 1430 might have helped but no.

Holding and hoping for an early bid or a quick positive P3 result in 2021.

Leeroy, having stumbled on OMI a month ago I am impressed and in for the longer run but small gold explorers are a bit volatile. The really exciting news to come over the next month or three imo. Have a good day on AIM!

Yesterday I detected a strange but pleasing smell on this board, singed shorts!.

So with less than 30 minutes until the market opens what is the sp going to do?

Personally, with all of the excitement over vaccines I do not think it will spike but rather might even fall a little. Hopefully I will be proved entirely wrong as I added yesterday morning and watched it drop some more over the day.

I was very excited to see two RNS posted this morning until I read them. I am not so bright as to be able to work out what was going on but appreciate the departure of a CFO significant. Will this do anything to the sp? I would have much preferred some more assay data on what they have drilled. Sorry to sound grumpy but I would like to see 50p before Christmas!

According to the news are going all eco tastic and will not invest in the dirty old oil business. Personally, I do not give a stuff as I do not think the oil business is dead just yet. Maybe in 50 years from now when they have found viable alternatives for plastics, natural gas for heating, fuel for cars and airliners etc. Right now I think BP is cheap.

Given the positive news from this mornings RNS I predict the share price falling a bit say -2%.......because that is pretty much been the pattern here now for years!!!!!

HUR is a risky bet but if the oil keeps flowing the reward from buying now could be multiples on current sp. IF the oil keeps flowing and IF the reserves are recoverable!

Let me guess, next week? Monday even? The wait is bad enough but the squabbles and ramping even more so. Have a good weekend all and see you next week for more of the same?

Shares suspended by ASX this company is basically a shipwreck with some chance of salvage by wreckers. Original share holders probably going to be drowned during the rescue.

Nothing to add other than I think your summing up about right. Worrying and frustrating times to hold this company.

Not convinced we have shaken off the shorters just yet. A good dose of technical data and more oil pumped daily might well discourage them in 2021!

Tomorrow not a bad day to buy more shares in OMI imo!

An exasperating company to hold yet I am not inclined to give in just yet.

Last week somebody posted that they thought this week was going to be the big week.....
Well one more day to go until this week is done and no sign as yet of an RNS!.
We should all be concerned about the lack of progress imo.
