First of all relieved the RNS has arrived. Second, it confirms Phase 3 should be approved in a few months from now. Yes, an SPA would have seen the sp spike 30% maybe but all in all I am content with today's update. Glad I sold a few late last year and made a small return from averaging down.

Then we should be careful, I among others was badly hit by SOLG last week when an RNS landed basically saying we were back to where we were 18 months ago. Going from exploration into production a long and arduous road for small investors imo.

I had hoped/expected one to inform of us of the court hearing in India? Did the hearing take place and is it ongoing?

Have Vulpes and Martin Diggle just purchased 11.86% of OXB or am I reading the RNS wrongly?

Hopefully some firm news on the political wrangling in the next few weeks from the management. I need to be reassured that the permits will be granted before investing here again. If the mine is cleared to produce uranium then those that were brave will see a multiple return but its Spain so.....

They will not be sacked, BHP will simply make a bid and pick up SOLG cheap and thank the present management for making it so easy for them....of course they will not be retained by BHP.

Well I think the market has over reacted so bought a few thousand more as the smell of blood will attract a bid sooner rather than later.

Up this morning, just wondering if news has leaked or is it optimism that the RNS ref the FDA meeting in December will be better than expected? Happy to hold, financially slightly in the red, darker blue optimism and hoping for a multiple bagger this year.

Colonel D in two words......from either a joint venture or take over. The very good news is that SOLG is sat on a mountain of copper and gold in a country that appears to be open for business.

I read it as simply a decision to go with an open cast mine early on starting in an area with good prospects and then consider deep mining for the rest of it. My plans to get rich quick this year now look more like late 2022 and frankly I am not panicked just a bit disappointed I did not sell some of my holding at 37p.

No idea, but it has been a frustrating period for longer term investors in PMG! A reasonable news flow, some potentially big projects for the future, North sea oil and gas enjoying a bit of activity and yet PMG bumps around the 30 something pence mark.

By way of comparison 0.2g/tonne of gold and people willing to invest in a small mine in Ireland? I think SOLG deserves a better press given it appears to be sat on rich veins of copper mineralisation and gold concentrations.

Is rising and as majors like XOM/BP etc spend less on oil production it is likely that prices will rise over the next few years as demand returns. Were India to offer us producing oil wells I would be cautious for the reasons below but if they agreed to hand over some many barrels of oil a day at a discount to the market then that would be ok.

Not a $1bn cash but knowing the Indian Gov were going to hand over oil every week to pay off the debt would do wonders for shareholder dividends.
