While it is possible it seems unlikely. I am also worried that so many here assume that since Tom did a great job at Dana he is trying for the same thing here. What if Tom is just content to run PMG as a personal cash cow and has no ambition to grow it because then other large investors will want to control it? Basing future performance on past performance is risky.

If I understand the RNS correctly we get 50p a share in cash next year and remain part of a restructured CA Fund? Sounds attractive to me if correct as I also hold HUR shares and believe it will re rate bigly by Q2 of 2022.

I am not bothered about the PFS delay, what pleased me was that once signed a legal agreement brokered around London to ensure no government confiscation of our mine for 15 years. Given what happened to HOC 24 hrs ago that is valuable piece on insurance. If the sp dips I will add.

As CRS Crystal Amber is wound up and they sell their holding in HUR what price do you think they will be asking? I cannot see it being single digit figures as their break even I think was 14p? I am going to hold my HUR shares as the oil keeps coming ashore and the company will be debt free within months....a penny share cash cow!

Very positive message, basically we are about to become a low cost uranium producer rather than just an explorer. Gold interest to be sold off as the company focuses on Uranium production. I would imagine to enter production there will be more shares issued and some dilution to raise cash or a JV with a larger player? Interesting development and the Board full of grown ups with plenty of mining experience.

Plus £5 million in cash and a quadrupling of turnover. The future starting to look a bit brighter for shareholders due to POS working with Cameron and an uptick in oil & gas exploration.

Added a modest amount more myself. Singapore is not going to buy 9% of PAT in one bite unless they are confident of a good return. Not next week or by Christmas but in a year or two we could be talking multiples of where we are today.

Or tin? Gold and tin could be hot commodities in 2022.

Aged 35 I do not think he will want to just sell 888 for cash and retire to the beach anytime soon. Rich, well educated and ambitious he is more likely to grow the 888 group into some globally significant. Purely my opinion, no substantive facts to back it up.

Honestly not sure, over the years did very well from 888 until the gaming regs fiasco and the 2020 correction. I bought back in this year and have 2,000 shares in 888 today which are about 8% in the red. I am not convinced the major shareholders want to sell the company any time soon so I am staying for the divi and any natural share price growth rather than in the hope for a bid.
If a bid comes from a larger player in the USA my hunch is that the owners of 888 will want cash plus shares.

For me their were a couple of key points. First the use of the phrase Tier One Gold Resource re Bhukia, if that proves to be the case via drilling and assays then PAT is sat on a fortune. Secondly, corporate action to combine the two companies in order to pursue the mining permits from the state Government.

India is a notoriously bureaucratic and corrupt place to do business (Vodaphone and Cairn Energy) so action to focus on getting the permits important. Hopefully that will not require us to use the courts to get a mine up and running but preparing for that a sensible precaution.

The future partner will do due diligence before agreeing to finance P3 trials and if they think this is worthy of investment then I can sleep better at night and others will invest which will raise the sp.
