See today's RNS the problem has been kicked down the road again this time until year end. The merits of the case are clear enough but we do not live in a fair world. The tax case is a distraction from the underlying oil potential off Africa.

This will be settled out of court imo.

"Imminent approval" we need formal approval by the regulators before this company takes off. That said I am a keen supporter of COS with skin in the game.....could not resist the pun!.

To para phrase the FT tearsheet Plexus holds more cash than debt, little financial risk. A sp re rating possible, a dividend long overdue imo.

Just reviewed the Directors Deals and most will still be in the red at 4.1p so they have everything to play for.

Yep, great to have some positive news just a bit disappointed the sp is not up by double digits but this sector is so out of fashion with investors that even debt free companies like 888 bouncing around lows.

I am still in the red but holding. Tempted to buy some more.

We need some news on the tax case and drilling/production programme otherwise the sp will drift lower imo.
