Tinkler not done yet. That said many of of you are trying to warn speculative buyers from throwing their money away and I agree its pretty much a done deal. The "inquest" or a legal challenge might result in compensation for those holding shares but the odds are very, very slim.

My personal interest is in seeing Brady held to account in a court over how this deal was forced through. Buy popcorn could be a fun show!.

OK I am an ex investor who escaped the drop but I am not convinced matters are settled just yet regardless of the RNS. There are legal challenges to what has gone on here and they might force the suspension of the process until a Court has looked into the take over.

I re read the RNS from 05 Feb, is there something in that which has attracted buyers of IMM? I have focused on Lupizor but perhaps there is gold in their other research?

Yet 25% up, so someone buying the rumour, of what though, or just old fashioned pump and dump?

Yet more evidence if any were needed that the markets are often rigged and the small investor constantly preyed upon by the sharks. Flybe will be used as a case study in years to come imo.

Back where CNE belongs, the last 6 months has been uncomfortable! From here? Big payout from India then 250-270p perhaps? No payout, small drop but that allows investors to focus on the oil reserves and revenues.

Cautiously optimistic for 2019, will take some profits if we exceed 230p.

What is your exit plan Baysil? Do you plan to take some profit as and when the sp hits 20-25p then hold the rest for a year or two? Assuming no global recession in 2019 where do you expect the sp to be?

Given the significance of antibiotic resistant bacteria it is possible the process might be quicker if governments want it fast tracked. We shall have to wait and see!.

I am holding for a better year on the basis that global Uranium Prices are doing very nicely as are my other shares in Uranium Miners. Yes, it's frustrating that Spain has not released the required permits for operations to start but I am optimistic that the Spanish Nuclear Authority will give BKY the authorisations required.

That said the prospect of a snap election might delay the Government signing off the authorisation and there is still the problem of local permits. Given the local politicians have been threatened and brow beaten by the usual eco lunatics its not surprising they have been frightened into temporary paralysis.

Meanwhile in the USA Trump is considering that petition by Energy Fuels.....Brussels might soon take a view that a Uranium Mine is a strategic need for the EU and this is currently the only option. Zero carbon electricity requires some nuclear power stations to provide a base-load which renewable energy cannot do.

Negatives, its AIM and easily manipulated, sp flattened by feud with major shareholder, security concerns about Colombia and the difficulty of getting the oil to markets/refiners.

That said several of those concerns are old ones which gave faded in recent months hence I see it as a strong buy.

Yes and in peverse kind of way I wish the tax case would go away because it over shadows what CNE is worth as an oil company! The sp move over the past two months suggests some optimism over getting money from the Indian Gov. That would be great but I would like to see the bopd figure doubling too.

If you can get this share suspended and the Board and Bidders in front of a court then shareholders have some chance of compensation and if nothing else the pleasure of seeing Warwick Brady cross examined.....

Brady has been in court before when he worked for Ryanair, the Judge was not much impressed by his testimony.

Bar Black Swan events this is a long term hold for me so anything under 20p looks attractive. That said for shorter term traders there is money to be made from being nimble and buying dips then taking profits hours,days or weeks later. The oil flow, cash and interest from Occidental all very encouraging the share overhang, feuds and AIM quality Board negative points.
