Correct me if I'm wrong, but on consolidation your holding will be divided by 1.33r, and the sp will multiply by the same factor. Market demand will then take control. From our current position of say £4.50 the price will be £6.

I am expecting to get £1 for each of my shares, probably on the record date and the divi applied to my holding on the ex divi date, then will come the consolidation at whatever they decide the division rate will be and the share price to inrease by the same factor, you just might not see the correct new post cons. SP as there will be share platform disruptions. If you win or lose it will be the post cons. days normal price movement.

Re. Your Sareum consolation, after the close on Monday your holding was divided by 50 and the Tuesday opening price was 50x the Monday's closing price. Absolutely no change to the value of your investment, any actual change in value would be the fluctuation of the company's MM prices for the Tuesday, which was distorted by share platforms software limitations anyway. My investment value was pretty much the same on Wednesday as it was on Monday. Tuesday I was a multi millionaire for a day lol.

Forgive me, but I disagree, I've also been here for years, although sometimes frustrating it's paying me a 9% yield - on 280p avg. TL Ret. is currently 105%. Considering the Co has now shrunk in size that's not too shabby. Buy on the dips as they say.

I took up the offer (2016) with extra's plus more at 90p (2020) so from the old day's pricing I'm still under water sp wise. Need £4.60 to break even, but total return wise I should be sucking oxygen through a snorkel after another decent special divi. Hopefully we'll get the arrears cleared soon.
