You can set to pay out to your bank (loses tax free status) or pay to the wrapper capital a/c (stays in wrapper for investment). You can just run/build up a cash balance and HL will pay variable rate of interest monthly.

So he's got loads of cash, how about a special divi to give us long suffering shareholders a wedge - without over committing. Or better still pay off some of that expensive debt.

I think is all about the allotment of the currency conversions to the various a/c's re. withholding tax or not etc. A lot of ticker tape to process.
