I'm no techie, but just like to know how this latest hookup between GSK and iTeos Therapeutics in the cancer field stands with SAR. Seems GSK have put a project together targeting large tumour cancers. Will we be assisting? Or am I way off base?
At these prices I have a good deposit for my son's house, but my target is a whole house and an extension for daughter's, which means a 15p cash out. Trouble is my transaction gains are 1200% - 1500% already so I'm just going to keep my eyes shut.
It's now becoming a stressful gamble, FOMO etc. etc. hey ho.
Kent will be looking for a tadge more gas fired electric in the foreseeable future, not sure how the tariffs compare with the European inter-connector cables tho.
Just a thought - do these undersea cables contribute to warmer water in the channel and therefore global warming. lol.

Google 'Uncrossing Trade' (UT).
I will be topping back up to my original share number, probably today or tomorrow . The SD will just replenish my funds buffer. I would like to see approx 1.5p added to the next divi which would bring my yield back to where it was. Hey ho.
Not a lot of recent chat on here. With the SP at a moderate 98p+ just asking what people expect here going forward very short term obviously.
Personally I need 110p to breath again so banking on a white knight from left of field.
I would expect a 'Capital Return' as the sale is a capital transaction, dividends are paid from the business income stream. Any funds from realisation of the asset not returned to shareholders will be deployed for the benefit of said shareholders i.e. through the business strategy going forward. Let's see what the BoD are up to.
Robleo An investment into something like SMT is not an 'in-out' scenario, these are min 3-5 year investment decisions. Stop looking at it daily, try once every 6 months or once a month if you must. SMT can be quite volatile at times.
Most are now just waiting to see what Biden's lot are going to do with the US economy hopefully with a fiscal stimulus internally, and which direction their attitude to China is going to turn.

?? Yup, many moons ago tho, not into everything Heap just the very early tracks. Generally early Genesis, B. Sabbath, Floyd, Who, Bowie and any marginal bands that were any good in the 70's & 80's. Alice Cooper, Stranglers etc. Sandy Denny was exceptional.
DYOR lol
Hoping to get higher divi's from this stock as 50% retrace in a year is problematic.
US and Aussie spat with China not helping, also not enough green credentials on board yet.
I take it we don't get a bite of this cherry being the latest fund raising, thereby suffering dilution to our holdings.
Although I'm still kicking myself for not dipping in at the March lows. Hey ho.
Tesla makes vehicles to wrap around it's battery technology, but a car manufacturer it is not.
Q1 20.85p - Paid 30th June

Just a thought if it hasn't already been discussed, but what happens in the likely event that shareholders receive their deferred and regular dividends in the same tax year probably as a usual divi and a special divi. The money is still there so we will get it a some point.
Also, it would seem that the free market economy ideal has just turned a bit Red, obviously I worried about McDonnell's sticky fingers for nothing.
Back down to where we were a year ago, seems APF are well out of favour irrespective of record profits.
What's going on? Looking like I will need to cut and run to protect the profit I have left.
Dividend Growth
The Group has paid two interim dividends totalling 62.56 pence per share in June 2019 and September 2019, in line with our quarterly dividend payment policy to give shareholders a more regular cash return.
From the 5th Nov. 2019 accounts statement"
The Board approved a further interim dividend of 72.00 pence per share and will propose a final dividend of 72.01 pence per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 206.57 pence per share. The third interim dividend will be paid on 31 December 2019 with an ex-dividend date of 22 November 2019. Subject to AGM approval, the proposed final dividend will be paid on 31 March 2020, with an ex-dividend date of 21 February 2020."
Unfortunately the statement is not worded very well as it uses "proposed" and "will be paid" in the same paragraph.
