Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
That's the MM's uncrossing trade, if you can't see that your credibility is zero, zilch. Also, those two late trades could quite easily be buy's.
Two posts 1 year apart, one bullish, one de-ramping the stock. Why you bothering. Also, would you care to report the good news at BKY which bolsters the investment and 50% rise in 3 months looks to me. I don't think the world has stopped turning quite yet, always be an optimist. Regards
AGM today 11:30, getting lazy should have checked. Not sure if its just 'run of the mill' discussions / resolutions etc.
Watched this fly right up to 1550p 'ish which was a 60% ride, went on holiday and it starts to drop, typical. So I missed bailing out at my 10 - 12% stop loss, had to take a 42% gain instead as wasn't prepared to see it all go down the pan. The company is a very well run outfit so may jump back in at lower levels when it stabilises. Divi's next year with a probable special as well. I think their plans to drive into China may be a bit tainted atm. I think the China problem stopped this getting to 1700p for now. Could be wrong tho.
Obviously not going to be an ASOS 2, what's going on here then - anyone?
Was trying to get a few of these at 81p - 82p but seem to have missed the boat now. True to form, when I buy SP goes down, when I dither it goes up, typical. Putting a limit buy on at 81p just as they started rising was the mistake. Hey ho.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that the thick end of a mill. just dropped through the letter box today. Is this ASOS 2.
Dam, thought we we going to get top of the FTSE leader board, Drax just pipped us after the auto trades.
I'm hoping for a decent push on before close. lol. Feeling a bit gutted atm as I was hovering over the buy button yesterday for a small top up. I don't see them as a high yield stock as they are a bit young so will be cautious and special divi's are a bit of a lottery for my retirement funds, but I'm willing to be surprised - Hold.
Not one broker has called this correctly in 2015, all clueless as per usual, their guesses from 2014 were more in tune. As I feel the BOD are back on track with strategy - y/e, my heart says 2000p, head says 1870p. Who needs a divi? The Yanks will raise interest rates in the autumn (fall) even if it's just to show they're not being complacent and will bolster confidence in the general markets. Or is that just 'pie in the sky'.
What are Credit Suisse up to, must have sold out their clients too soon on the last rise and needing to get back in. Any thoughts on £7.50 SP anytime soon. Are they expecting Europe to implode before FIFA.
I bought into this Co. as they look like a well run progressive outfit with a reasonable prospect of a dividend feed in the not to distant future. With prospects for the SP moving up from the 800's to 1100 - 1200 region makes me feel comfortable holding.
My mistake.
PereG - x divi 12.5p.
Hottentot, which site have the Golden Ocean mob commandeere?
Thanks Optimus, GS & Hott, all duly noted. Drip feed for 6 - 12 months might be a good policy.
Thanks for that Hott. I just need to start mapping out an income stream and slow down with my main business, 45 years at it now and with a recently acquired granddaughter things need to change. TBH I'm expecting a bit of a sell off closer to polling day so might pick something up on the dip. Already have AV & NG at 5.8% divi so plenty of room to top up, although ESUR would be good it would make me top heavy with insurance - unless I swap them of-course. I also hold PHP (6% divi) but that seems to be at the top for the moment. Unfortunately though I have too many AIM shares needing to avg down in order to escape lol.
Hi, Just tucked a wedge into my SIPP and looking for 3 or 4 divi shares, are there any contenders standing out atm. Nice cosy ones like HSBC or NG etc. Bit reluctant to stash it all away into a fund and lose a chunk in fees. All thoughts are appreciated.
If you want to sell before divi date you might want to consider selling before the 8th.
Main market doing a heavy retrace / correction isn't helping AV. Would the BOD have kept their powder dry if some pratt hadn't leaked the info. I hope the BOD haven't seriously miscalculated and compromised a winning strategy, remember we are still in recovery and things can go wrong very easily. Northern Rock got over exuberant with their grandiose ideas - look what happened to them.
