7p options in lieu of salary basically says that they would expect Sp well into double digits to execute and Don would need to think that possible too to take that as a form of compensation. Tremendously bullish

Nice to see Don Bailey, our new director and ex head of mining operations at Rio Tinto has been issued 2.5million options at 7p, 60% premium to current price. He already holds 1.5% of the company. This guy has been working on Zamsort for many years and knows where its headed. This share keeps on giving.

Westie, Kalumbila was sold in 2009 for $260m after Colin Bird put 8 drill holes in to it. As John Mayer says on the podcast, this was when liquidity in markets was low and after huge financial crisis. Todays money id have thought it would have gone for a lot more. Esp considering this Kalumbila mine is now First Quantums Sentinel mine... over a billion tonnes of ore

I believe they are both twinning results and also exploring some exciting anomolies they have picked up / located from internal investiagtion. Twinning being drilling near previous drill holes to confirm the historic data (carried out by the Anglo / Equinox JV). They arent going to hang about either there was talk of having multiple drill rigs working at the same time. They are looking at proving up a maiden JORC resource asap, something they can then hang their cap on as bargaining power for when the majors come knocking on the door for a slice of the pie. So essentially the up coming drilling campaign is a combination of twinning / exploration to go through a path of least resistance to prove up Kalaba. Its worth noting that Kalaba is rank 1 on the targest list, Zamsort (ARCM) still own 8 other huge targets on top of this. Each one higher ranked by Anglo/Equinox back in 1995 than our neighbour that was sold for $260m after initial drilling.

This question keeps getting asked so ill repost my response from before: Kalumbila (rank 22) originally estimated (in 1995) to have 6Mt of ore by the Anglo Equinoox JV. This then was sold after 8 drill holes in 2009 for $260m. That mine now has proven up 1.2billion tonnes of ore and is one of the largest copper mines in Zambia. Of our 9 targets, Kabala is rank 1 which is where the upcoming drilling program will be focused. Back in 1995 Anglo Equinox estimated for this to have 150Mt of ore. This being significantly larger than what they estimated Kalumbila to be. So hence why the upcoming drilling is such a huge value catalyst with this stock. Its a rare position where an asset with such huge prospectiviy has been undeveloped and unexplored due to previous poor management and the various owners/management not agreeing. These opportunities do not come around often. Management here have attracted someone the calibre of Don Bailey for a reason - he see's parallels with the opportunity he had at LionOre where he grew a company of ARCMs current size and ended selling it for $6.3billion. For those of you who were in the investor conference call a few weeks ago, Nick was crystal clear here that he is going to do what is best for shareholders and is using a targetted strategy to divest dormant or non core assests that simply are not giving shareholders value (Sturec and Andiamo). He has bought shares on the open market and will continue to buy weakness. These are not the words/actions of a man who want a quick takeover bid and half baked offer for shareholders. He wants to grown this in to something substantial. He has already had offers from major tier one miners to JV on Zamsort but he has turned them down as he does not want to relinquish what might be one of the next major copper/cobalt discoveries in one of the most prospective copper belts in the world for peanuts. Wants we have the drill results and a maiden resource then we are then in a real position of strength to agree great terms for ARCM shareholders. So all these "give me a guess of what you think the shareprice will be"... best thing is to do some research and understand the resource. Understand the opportunity. Do yourself a favour. Putting a target of say 10p by YE to me cheapens the opportunity. CASA alone to me back up the current market cap given they have spent $30m to date on proving this gold resource up. Nick has also mentioned interest in this with JV or total sale once its size is over a critical mass of 2 million ounces. Im interested to see how much Nick manages to get for divesting Surec, my guess is �3-5million. They have $6million of Copper/Cobalt ore stockpiled sitting next to the plant they can sell quickly should they need cash. In 4 or so months time we will be producing cashflow from copper/cobalt production.

Remember MATD post placing, lots expected it to be stuck 7-8p for ages but it bagged up in very quick order. Size of the catalyst vs MCap the key.

I have paraphrased / summarised it here: .....Zamsort - The Zamsort deal has been worked on now for over 12months which is transformational, now gives ARCM majority stake (from buying Tera Metals share) and therefore control of one of the most exciting / prospective Copper / Cobalt licences in Zambia (At a time when Copper and Cobalt prices are looking very strong going forward). Drill contractor now signed up for Zamsort with drilling commencing towards the end of next week. We have been working closely with African mining consultants (AMC) who are very experienced in the Zambian copper belt area. They have aided ARCM, along with the historical data (by Anglo) on pinpointing sweet spots for ARCM to drill. AMC were responsible for finding / identifying one of the largest copper discoveries ever made in the DRC (back in 2006) so it is great to have them on board here. Im very confident we know where to go and drill. CASA � finalising the resource work, which is 1 - 2 weeks from releasing to the market. This is key because ARCM have had expressions of interest from other parties, whether it be through JV or total asset sale that if CASA reaches a resource size in the order of 2 million ounces this would be big enough scale for them to be interested. CASA is a very high quality gold asset and 2million ounce + resources of this quality are very rare indeed. Former Rio Tinto Boss � Don Baileys appointment on to the ARCM board. He is an exceptional individual and has been hugely successful as head of mining at Rio Tinto. More recently he developed LionOre for which he sold for many billions of dollars. What intrigued me when I met Don, he had been working with Tera metals on Zamsort for quite some time and he really saw this as a mini LionOre emerging. Delighted to have Don now on the board and in charge of developing Zamsort which is ARCMs prized asset. This is only just the very beginning. Tremendous amount of exciting newsflow to come. Really dont think we could be in a better place.
