The whole point in todays game changing news is that the company now have a controlling stake in the flagship Zamsort asset. This is absolutely cruicial as it means they now have the control to develop it and unlock its potential. Before their minority stake meant they couldt reach agreement with partners and the asset lay dormant and therefore was attributed 0 value by the market... as of today that changes and changes in a big way. You realise the Cobalt price is many multiples higher currently than it was few years back.. as is copper. You realise that ARCM will now be the only near term Cobalt producer on AIM and �16m mcap is tiddler. The projected FCF from the 300t/month Copper and 50t/month Cobalt hydroxide at ($2500/t cost per ton of copper produced) net to ARCMs to be 60% share is over $20m Free Cashflow (gross profit) per annum. Thats Trial demo mining! This being less than 6 months away. To give an idea of the scale of the asset you do realise that in 2009 Colin bird sold kiwara for $260m and he only put about 8 drill holes into it! This was bought by First Quantum for $260m in this undeveloped state and is now the Sentinel Mine with a Resource of over 1bn tonnes and producing in excess of 200k tonnes of Cu per year. This was only ranked 22 out of 30 of Anglo americans top targets. Now check out where Zamsort are, we have Anglo Americas top 7 targets on the licence. This about to be drilled and if the scale this suggests would propel this to ARS type Mcap. Fully funded for JORC Zamsort resource. Hearing the placing was wrapped up in less than a day and is not with retail. Near term cash flow from the SML is superb and 7 of the Kalabi targets are in the top 10 Anglo targets in a prolific copper/cobalt belt with drilling to commence straight away. Game changer. Anglo buyout target in due course?

I personally think the MC is down at these silly levels because the market isnt giving any value at all to Zamsort given the lack of any updates on it for ages. However, see the tweets from the company, read todays release (you can lead a horse to water...)... something clearly is being worked on here and once the wheels are back in motion I see �25-30m mcap company as the new base. Wont happen over night. The iciing on the cake is if they liquidate Sturec and use the cash from that to develop Zamsort in to production.

Pretty sure the only way is to issue the vendor shares in ARCM with a lock in.

on decent resource update, Sturec liquidation in to cash and zamsort news. if they can get a bigger stake in zamsort &producing and cash generative again then the cashflows could be astronomical given current copper and cobalt prices. 3p will come and go. A nice new floor hopefully.

CASA on its own is huge, also seems something is coming in Zamsort and sturec.... Ducks being lined up it seems.

Either there is a big buyer lurking or MMs are trying desperately to cover a short position. Bid keeps rising on sells and theres bugger all stock about... This is ready to pop.

MMs NT to buy volume, sell at nr mid and and showing 4 mms on the ask.. all cheeky tricks here to tease out more supply to cover their foolish position. Again all IMO. Zamsort could lead to ARS style rise imho. its an absolute beast and people need to research it
