I cant see funding likely in 2018, remember we have just had £2.5m raise and then sold Andiamo for $530k on top of this... and are shortly about to sell Sturec (would expect $1-3m for this).

This round of drilling is projected to cost $1-1.5m

I had the pleasure of attending the event on Wednesday evening which really showcased all aspects of Zamsort. Some great background behind the project & looking in more detail at the geology to suggest this as a once in a lifetime type opportunity here. One very happy shareholder

There is a reason Zambian government officials, and the Zambian mining minister have made the effort to come to the UK, stand in front of ARCM shareholders to give a speech on how they want to make this an example of how great development in Zambia can be. I was frankly amazed that this level of support from the very top is being given here in such a personal/direct way. But there is a reason. You dont recruit the ex head of mining at Rio Tinto either who is taking salary as premium share options.
We have majority ownership on the most prospective postcode left in Zambia domes (& therefore whole of Zambia) which you could argue here is currently priced at nothing, with CASA providing near full valuation.

This is my largest shareholding now, and im extremely comfortable, especially after meeting the whole team on Wednesday that this is going to be more than something special. Incredibly rare opportunity.

key is getting early low entry in the first drill enables a free throw of the dice on the first drill as if duster doesnt matter as much bigger well will be about to spud straight after anyway.

For this reason dont expect many of the 10p placees to be selling here and especially given just 35% allocation.

Chart looking primed here now, those that have wanted out have now departed.

thats said its 4.37p to buy 250k shares and 5.5p for 1m shares so doesnt look like there is any overhang on the book anymore

90% on AIM buy price movement and not cheap fundamentals.. thats the sad fact of it and only about 10% win in the markets long term.

ARCM has some overhang which is pulling the shareprice, its been about for 2 or 3 weeks and suspected to be some of the old CASA shareholders (remember they got issued ARCM shares and their lock in ended mid May).
Cant be much to clear now and as soon as the SP starts responding to buying it will get chased... as always

Those well researched here know its a very rare opportunity and the buy 1 get 1 free sale on offer at the moment wont be around forever.

Two flagship assets

CASA – 100% ownership 3million ounce gold resource (100% upgrade yesterday) located DRC
They have an interested Chinese party looking to acquire in full or JV on the asset. NDA RNS incoming on this shortly.
Nick has made it clear that minimum value he places on the asset is $30m which is the current market cap.

Zamsort – 66% (following final 5% conversion)

This is the flagship asset. It’s a huge huge licence area right smack back in the domes copper belt in Zambia amongst some of the best geology and majors in the country.
Anglo America JV explored the area back in the 90’s and ranked their top 30 targets. Just so happens that Zamsort have the top 7 ranked targets and 9 of the top 30 targets on their licence area. Its hugely prospective.
In 2009 Colin bird put 8 drill holes in to rank number 22 of these targets and got taken out almost immediately by First Quantum for $260m. This mine is now the Sentinel mine multi billion $ operation.

So we have a lot of historic data on the licence area, Kalaba is the ranked 1 target which is what we will be drilling imminently (RNS likely next week). Intercepts here show very strong copper and cobalt mineralisation.
The historic data from Anglo America will be used to pinpoint targets in the upcoming campaign as well as prove up a maiden resource. Nick has openly stated that this is worth multiples of the current market capital and hopefully this round of drilling will prove this to the market.

Also on Zamsort licence area is a production plant which needs about $500k capex to get in to production. $6m of copper and cobalt ore is already stockpiled with production to commence Q4 this year.
This will make ARCM AIMs first Cobalt producer.

Its worth noting here that Nick has stated he has already had offers coming in from majors to JV here but he doesn’t want to at this stage until drilling is done as he doesn’t want to give this asset away for less than its worth.

Also ARC have 100% ownership of Sturec which they are in the process of selling. This is 1.3million ounce resource with full pre feasibility study. Proceeds of this will be used to further advance Zamsort.

Ann Gloab – Richest women in Scotland and the founder of stagecoach recently bought in and owns 2.9% of the company. She is a billionaire.

Recently appointed director Don Baily – he used to be head of mining operations globally for Rio Tinto. He knows Zamsort intimately and has commented that it reminds him of the opportunity he saw when he took LionOre from a minnow ended up selling it for over a billion dollars.
