always bemuses me when I see such violent background selling in an undervalued gem.

Firstly it suffocates the SP and therefore volume gradually dries up, buyers gradually give up and just wait for them to stop before buying. Same as smothering a fire with oxygen.

If they raised their sell price to 5p then they would:

a - get the sell order filled much faster as with price rise comes volume
b - make more profit at the same time.

Fundamentals here comfortably support £120-150m cap currently given any peer comparison you like.

That you have sellers at this point. absolutely primed this is. Such a strong catalyst 4 ish weeks away, SP on floor due to months of seller with seller looking like they have finally stopped. The inflexion point in SP IMO is right now. The fact that MMs have it NT to buy let let you sell buckets over the mid... Those selling now really need to step away from the computer screen (lol)... go on holiday and thick about what you have just done. Upside case here is an instant 5-10 bags on sell out vs pretty much nothing on the downside. £9m in cash cashed up for the foreseeable.

As Jeremy has pointed out. HZM when in production will be larger Nickel producer than Anglo American....

ower infrastructure secured for the Araguaia project, Feasibility Study on target for mid year (so 1-4 weeks). Meanwhile Nickel price looking fantastic. And the future supply/demand charateristics looking second to none amongst other comodities with both steel demand increasing year on year and new demand from the huge shift to EV a whole new demand dynamic for Nickel which will have interesting implications. All this while HZM is moving this asset in to production right at the sweet spot. Fantastic timing... All this extra Nickel demand is forecast yet HZM is the largest new Nickel deposit at this advanced stage. Most 8 years+ off from production. To me its totally ripe for buyout post FS. The other Nickel mine in Brazil that has near identical characteristics (size/grade/geology) to Araguaia sold for 850m USD post FS (at similar Nickel price to today). Current MC HZM is £60m. Highlighting why the FS is such a catalyst... The majors will be watching with keen interest.

And with Vermelho project being so close, what is said in the video with regards to location/access to power/jurisdiction/Environmental/local skilled workforce/supportive govt etc etc also applies. Im working on the assumption most invested know what resources the company has. EB

Indeed, I think that is pretty obvious MexPete, but what is said with regards to araguaia still applies.... obviously we are now further along the value curve with DFS now so close.. He is highlighting what Araguaia has above and beyond most other Nickel projects and why is is so favourable amongst its (few) peers.

been watching this for a long while, now starting to build a position ahead of the long awaited Feasibility Study (due Aug). Strong catalyst, pinned by a seller in the market at present. Funded till end of '19. Great exposure to Nickel. Multiples undervalued at present. I strongly believe that following FS this is a prime target for buyout. Increase of interest in Zamsort to 61%, with 5% still exercisable locked in for 12 months, first of 3 drill rigs to arrive on site this week.. drilling results to come thick and fast here CASA gold resource due imminently.

Seller gifting some with nice cheap entry to buy. My last few top ups here were 4.3-4.6p. Sitting very comfortably, newsflow hasnt even started in Ernest yet! CASA news and Zamsort drilling update expected next week. If CASA is 2Moz then strap in. Chinese buyer for this asset lurking as Nick has previously alluded to.

The 4.5p option is most certainly not a free payout. He still has to buy those and it’s the right to buy and not a payout he still has to buy them and put cash into the company.. means the SP has to be in excess of 4.5p for Don to make money on these. Plus of course taking the other options at 7p in lieu of cash means that he thinks that is going well above that
