After the Company reported good progress in both the USA and the UK it is somewhat surprising that we sit with an SP of sub 2p (and mcap of £7.5M!). Can't be too long before the share price really takes off.....

Even Harry's greatest detractors must be worried that he is going to get the deal across the line by the end of the month. Still time for them to join the party....

Day and maybe see 2p+ soon. Very undervalued!

Big week for kefi. I'm expecting the GM RNS this week to achieve the end of November deadline for finance sign off. Tick tock....

Excellent start to the week..

Nick Tulloch, Chief Executive Officer of Mendell Helium and Chairman of M3 Helium, said: "M3 Helium's Rost well continues to perform in line with expectations and we have now reached the culmination of the work and planning that has gone into the project with commercial production now underway. Rost is currently generating over US$1,600 of helium per day. This milestone achievement is nevertheless just the beginning as we expect the revenue capabilities of the well to increase in line with rising production and, importantly, on-site purification once the PSA is fully commissioned.

Admission to AIM

Progress continues to be made on the preparations for Mendell Helium's proposed Admission to AIM. Final drafts of all key reports, including the competent person's report, M3 Helium 2024 audit and US legal due diligence, have been received by the Company, and the focus is now on concluding the drafting and verification of the admission document.

SP not convinced it's all going to be signed off before the end of the month otherwise this would already be 2p+. Some folks are going to miss out on these low prices....

Let's focus on getting the finance deal across the line by month end. Nothing else matters until then!

I reckon the finer details of the equity part of the finance package has now been agreed and the paperwork is being finalised. Big RNS by the end of next week imo....

The company will develop into global player in the early lung cancer testing space in the next 2/3 years imo. Not bad for a company with a current mcap of £6M!
