Kefi, I'm happy to wait for finance sign off. It is just a surprise we're not seeing more trades in anticipation of the RNS (full sign off) within days after years to get to this position....

It's like the market is expecting further delays into 2026. Come on Harry, put us all out of our 'misery' 😆

RNS this week (or Monday latest) confirming full finance approval and an SP pushing towards 2p, increasing as we move towards mine construction and gold sales...

Looking at the current SP it's not obvious that we are on the cusp of transformational news i.e. 340M dollar finance package approval.....

Yep PP, a number of us warned the SP was massively overinflated when trading at 200p+. Hope peeps haven't lost too much money....

Lets hope we get some positive news this week!

RNS: 'There is no certainty that the Company's option to acquire M3 Helium will be exercised, nor that the enlarged group will successfully complete a re-admission. As announced on 30 September 2025, the Company and M3 Helium have agreed to extend the date on which the Option should be exercised to 30 November 2025.'

If Harry has kept to his timetable the deal with the equity providers will have now been agreed and its just down to the legal paperwork and the RNS. I'm expecting the RNS by the end of the week.....

I expect to see greater trading volumes as the week progresses as we near ('end of November'!) FULL finance sign off....

Pat, from what I saw when the debt RNS dropped was a complete change in the book within a couple of minutes with someone wanting to offload millions of shares hence the drop from 2p to a low of sub 1.2p. Will this happen again on equity (and FULL finance) sign off? I doubt it. The Banks will have undertaken a very in depth due diligence exercise before lending a minnow like kefi 240M dollars. That should give us peeps great comfort and, of course, the 60M equity element was oversubscribed. I'm looking at 2p+ on sign off and a steady increase thereafter as we close in on mine construction and gold sales. 2026 will be the year of kefi! AIMO!

Hope we don't see sub 0.2p! Quite a few must be underwater now.....

The key (for me) is ensuring we meet the fixed 60 day price construction costs quote which Harry said expires at the end of the month. Any requirement to update these costs takes us into 2026! The BoD won't let this happen....surely!
