I'm not bothered when it is signed off as long as it doesn't impact the main contractor fixed price quote. Any requoting would take us into 2026 which would be deflating. Come on Harry, one last heave ho and deliver us shareholders an early Xmas present 🎁

I'm sure we will get an update next week, either informing of a delay (knock on effect on 60 day fixed construction cost?) or all systems go and full finance package approved. I'm going for the latter. Too much vested interest and money involved for this to fall at the final hurdle.....
