Only a week or so for the publication of the GM date/papers imo. Effectively tells us all parts of the package are sorted. Big day!

'No interest in the traders'

We do appear to attract a few novice traders here. This morning we had the clown who jumped in on the open buying 165,695 shares (£3274 plus trading costs) leaving us 50 minutes later nursing a £432 loss (plus trading costs). Obviously no interest in what the company is trying to develop long term😭. Chasing the next rainbow no doubt.......

The BoD has set the journey of travel in both the US and UK that, if successful, could see the SP at multiples of today price imo. Long term hold for best returns and just added a few more sub 1.7p. Sub £7M is tiny given the potential of the early cancer detection treatment we are developing..

'All good' but very slow progress which does nothing for the SP. Traders got out early today....

Ah, just read the 2nd RNS. Sneaky! Maybe not the transformative news I originally thought and no actual sales. At ease everyone, we continue to wait......

You can smell the whiff of desperation in his posts. Will disappear when finance package approved. Missing him already 😆

Harry should be applauded for getting the project financing this far given the challenges we've faced over the years. The 2 Banks will have done very extensive due diligence which will give added confidence to the equity investors and a gold price of $4k+ is another key factor in our favour. Harry will close the deal and everything will be signed off by the end of the month. That is my prediction!

Hopefully the start of a bounce in the SP after being oversold the past couple of weeks. Drilling results would be very timely.....

Jewster, I respect all views. I questioned your use of the word 'guaranteed december' which might suggest you had access to information that convinced you it was 100% certain that the finance package wouldn't be signed off this month. If you misspoke and it was just a view based on your extensive trading experience and view of Harry then I accept your clarification. Basically your original post was just b*ll*cks!

Wow jewster, that is a very bold assertion! What do you KNOW that GUARANTEES that the finance package WON'T be signed off this month? We'd all like to know......

As Harry said, we are very lucky to be closing the equity part of the finance package at a time of very high gold prices making the TK project even more attractive to investors. We have 3 entities keen to invest and the company has been in negotiation with each of them for a while and the required $60M is oversubscribed. I'm sure the final allocation (either to one or shared) will be agreed this week in time for the GM notice to be issued next week. Tick tock....
