Thanks, ill look into this. Light Rare Earth materials are hard Exploration companies to come across that are in decent jurisdictions. Things like Germanium and Gallium, and these doing dysprosium and terbium are dominated by China and extremely critical. A lot more than the well known, and a lot tougher supply chain to break. Ill await the fallout from this new pump, take time to look at it. Maybe enter next week, if it fits the bill

Excatly. Those 2 know zero about the price of a licence to land for exploration purposes. You dont pay millions, 50 to 150k max depending on how many within the location and size. The land rights will be 3rd party owned and leased with all relative details contracted in. So percentages filter down from company, lease owner to land registered owner from eventual proceeds from the resources in the ground. In terms of Gold/vanadium, its very worth while to.lease them to willing exploration companies to foot all costs or its just Baron land making no one money.
