Don't follow traders who Ramp crap stocks mate unless you are going to trade, be hands on and able to sell on notice. WSBN 2.6 billion shares, and Aimgainers junk over a billion. So where they heading? Consolidation? Warrant structure with willing suitors? Certainly when they are not even at phase 1 studies on sites. Spain ain't loving Brits right now. Id be concerned with the property, and some of the laws. Certainly squatters rights, your influx in migrants etc in the south. Northern Italy is decent, borders to Austria and Switzerland not far. Lake Garda down the road, and a little cooler than Spain.

I mean look at the state of the UK, really who wants to live here long term and watch your hard earned finances, and everything you built taken penny by penny, pound by pound, brick by brick from one disastrous policy to the next. Its becoming a joke mate, I love my country and if it was ran better I'd be all in for life, somewhere rural, south and quiet but its becoming a tough sell staying here. I think the best option would be to buy a place abroad, not a little apartment etc. Something substantial, that you can travel to all year, family stay and over the years slowly integrate into that surrounding, its people its economy in a plan to eventually have it all lined up to eventually move everything there. Its always been our plan, but it needs to be done gradually

Yes, Italy are 4% to 8% inheritance tax, exempt up to 1 million. Far better than UK 40% and exempt up to 325k. Its northern Italy, so climate is similar to UK in seasonal weather
