Stats - your annoyed like most of us here and we have every right to be as we are mostly all of down on our investment and with what looks to be like contempt towards us pi's.
But we are where we are and no point in calling the ceo names especially when he is actually atm our only chance of recouping our hard earned - at the end of the day he has now got us a well funded ( for the next 12m) company with a billion barrel asset and in the process of raising production and a JV.
The only thing not to like is the sp and if all comes to together as planned then that won't be an issue as in near future sp should hopefully be much higher and all shareholders will be happy.

Yes - no immediate need for RBL - so concentrate on upping production and making nice profits - then we'll have multiple lenders fighting each other to give copl a good deal.

Yes but could be simply paying off creditors with shares - which is good as they are happy to take shares and at a premium to prevailing sp.
I guess they have a good idea the shares are cheap.

So even on fully dilutive basis - taking into account all possible shares - I think the mc is very undervalued.
But also it is very not likely that all bonds will ever be converted and so the 1.2 b max shares is worse case scenario.

So if ( and probable unlikely) all possible shares were to hit the market circa 1.2 b = x3 present shares = £16m ( present m/C) x3) £48m
So at todays sp with all possible shares Copl would have a m/c of £48m .
Now imo this mc is far to low for the assets copl have and cash copl have and potential.
