Yep I get that but I feel things are on the up now.
Just think if you sold and the next week or day JV was announced - now that would be a p off.
So we should start getting all the upgrades done on the field now and seeing significant bopd increases. Sp will rerate imo.
Also JV for the deeps or even a possible sale of that asset - lots to look forward too here.

We now have funds to run the company, do the upgrades and increase production.
Also importantly can now negotiate a JV terms from a position of financial strength rather than weakness holding out the begging bowl.
SP will start to rerate upwards from now imo.

Yes I think the sophisticated and unsophisticated buyers will start loading up now - and why would they not?
Finance has been resolved - the only way is up now from this level.

Annoying funds were not raised when we were at 17p - could of raised. funds at circa 15p.
But hey ho it is what it is, onwards upwards.

Compared to where we were at 17p - 20p - with dilution we should be now 10p +.
But at 17p - 20p this was very cheap.
So now with the dilution and funding going forward we are :-
No longer at risk of going bust.
Have funds for increasing production.
Are in a stronger position to negotiate better JV and or RBL.
So now in much stronger position than last week.
SP should now be 30p - 40p range imo.

No reason why anyone should sell now - only trades taking a small % - once cleared then we should shoot up to at least 10p in the next couple of days and then onwards - 20p + in the short term

Higher dilution than I had thought - but at least no risk of going bust and have plenty funds available to get production up and not be in a weak position while negotiating final term for JV.
Overall all good imo. Onwards and upwards from here.
