£10 prediction is a bit optimistic now having to take into consideration the potential max dilution - so let's keep it real - I will say £5 eventually.
But short / medium term am hoping 50p - 100p.

Why actually cares - let's concentrate on the here and now.

At end of the day as long as there is appetite to buy it does not matter if bonds are converted.
When done there done.
So if Art can up product figures that's all that matters as will attract buyers and of course don't forget the big Arty bonus of a JV on the new discovery.

So don't forget at 17p this was considered to be cheap and should have been 30p- so now with all possible dilution taken into account we should be trading at 10p - 15p - this does not take into account the value of the funds raised
Does not take into account the value the funds will ADD to the company via improving production in the field and significantly increasing production.
Also the value the funds add as stronger position for negotiation on final term for JV.
Just a matter of seeing production keep rising and sp should easily reach 30p +
And then add in Fed Deeps and JV - - wow amazing value here imo.
So so undervalued it's unreal imo.

He has the funding to prove up the production and negotiate a great deal on the JV.
Now let's see Art do the business and make us shareholders happy by getting the sp much higher.

And the bonds are there to be drawn down if needed - but also represent financial strength regarding a JV or Takeover.
If Art had done a placing for same amount of funds then the shares would already be available and dilutive.
And of course with increase in production Art could repay interest on bonds rather than draw on said bonds.
Not a bad plan by Art - we just need to see that increase in production now.

Yes the market has not cottoned on to the fact that funds now sorted and NO LONGER A RISK OF GOING BANKRUPT.
The market has decided atm to put no value on the fund raise but the funds will ADD Value to the company - the bod are not just going to waste the funds.
SP should be circa 20p + now based on the added value.
When increased production starts to be proven then this will rocket.
And this does not take into account JV / New Discovery

I think many expected that when going concern fears we put to bed - when funding was announced - then this would bounce back to 16p - so peeps are peed off that has not happened as yet. - give it a week or two and I am sure we will be well our way back to those levels again.

The biggest concern for me was not meeting financial obligations this month and maybe gone bust. That has gone away now and company is well funded going forward into 2024 and has the funds to upgrade producing assets and increase production. Probably can afford a Couple of new drill as well.
Then we have the new discovery which we are in a much stronger position to negotiate a good deal - could even sell the new discovery lock stock and a billion barrels.
Great time to buy if one has funds imo.
