Stas yes I agree matd know more about dust than Dyson - but they have 3 bagged from the lows - that's the only reason I wished I had backed them.

I don't get the drama of some peeps - we know all about the bonds already, of course some of the bonds will be converted.

That Professionals involved with the inner workings going on with the company are happy to take shares in payment for services rendered.
Fills me with confidence as to where this is going.

So if they shares are for payment for services provided ( and this is more than likely the case) then this is good news as they have obviously opted to take shares rather than cash - so do they know what's about to come here? Maybe they thinking that they make multiples of the payment price
Also I suspect that the payment also includes the legal work on the J/V but obviously that can't be revealed just just as is under n/d Agreement.
Will be interesting to see if they start selling - my feeling is no they won't.

The shares were payment for services and issued at a premium to sp at the time ( I think from memory 6.75)
They were happy to be paid in shares and a premium and they know alot more than us.
