I have to agree. If he increases production and makes decent profits and brings in a v good joint venture deal then yes maybe be worth a pay rise but no not when they have cost shareholders a big % of their hard earned here.

We don't know what's going to happen in the future - will there be a 1000 - consolidation or not or part of ie 10 - 1 why bother ???
What we do know is that the BOD are experts - experts at destroying the sp value - and so destroying shareholders wealth while they ( bod) appear to be very well financially rewarded - well not appear to be - they are very well rewarded.

So Bob I am still hoping for at least a 10 bagger here - circa 60p minimum as it stands today.
After consolidation at 1000 - 1 ( IF IT HAPPENS) - So new price would be £60
So if 10 bags over a bit of time then each share would be £600.
How many pi will buy £600 shares?
There will be a smaller market for these shares.

So would make it less tradeable as not many pi normally buy shares at £50 circa.
also I bet the spread would be big most of the time.

If your a negative thinker you may think that this consolidation is first step for a future plan to dilute shareholders Into oblivion if JV deal fails.
So as can develop new discovery without JV partner.
Bond holders would benefit from more cheap shares.

The only reason and so benefit I can see for consolidation is that JV wants COPL sp higher - maybe at least 100p maybe to align more so with JV partner - so maybe as to work share deal as part of JV deal.
Or as someone else has mentioned - listing on American exchange.

I would imagine all shares, warrants ( unconverted shares) and options will be aligned with Consolidation.

If consolidation - and by what ratio?
Reasons why?

Technically speaking the consolidation should not make any difference to value of shares / holdings.
May be to attract investment vehicles that only invest above a certain share price - ie 200p.
So I am not sure about 1000 /1 though - because when/if we 10 bag -( before or after consolidation) that will be £500per share.
Surely this would make the share less liquid.
Not sure about this - maybe 10 - 1 consolidation if it has to be one for some reason.
